As with most Chick-fil-a the customer service is really good. My only issue is the wait even after you get your food because you might get stuck behind another customer in waiting on theirs.
I've been coming to this place giving them second chances for over 3 years and my food is always wrong or cold or the line is incredibly long and the slowest I have ever seen of any Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to I will never come here again and I hope they close.Up and something else will take its place.Sunnyvale TX location is the flagship in my opinion

How difficult is it to get an order right? Today I ordered the grilled sandwich with fries and coke zero light on the ice. I also asked for 4 (FOUR) packets or regular mustard. Instead what I got was the grilled club sandwich, 2 ketchups and 1 honey mustard. And of course more ice than coke zero.I've had so many unpleasant experiences at this location that I don't even know why I keep coming here. They can’t even spell "Pat" as my name. Apparently they hear "Mat", "Kat", "Chad", "Bat", everything but Pat ?I once ordered the breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich, instead I all I got was the biscuit!I understand that service workers have a hard job, but come on! It's not rocket science to get a freaking sandwich right!

I am not a fan of Chick-fil-A. They lost me with the drive-thru method. It makes people think they get their food faster with extra order takers. Food is still cooked at the same rate. I like paying for the car behind me, but I can't do that at Chick-fil-A. Yesterday my family wanted Chick-fil-A. So I used the app. Park in the pickup area, the app told me. I did. Waited. 5-11 minutes the app said. Finally went inside the store and got the order. The app instructions are misleading. I saved no time ordering from the app.
Ordered in line Market Salad with spicy apple cider vignegrett. No dressing with order lots of Lettuce stems in salad. Check your order before leaving window!

My wife juts ordered three items and only received two as we were in curbside there was this lady who’s in the afternoon shift we where trying to get her attention , she had seen us and ignored us, and I know we were loud enough to be heard because the costumer besides us that she was giving the food to even looked at us thinking we were talking to him ,also we waited until she was done because we didn’t want to interrupt her .

Every time I go there and order a wrap, the wrap is thinner and there's less and less chicken. This last time there was next to no meat and the quality of the food doesn't match the price anymore.

My son is autistic and he was screaming, my son was tired and hungry so I decided to take him to Chick-fil-A and I felt so overwhelmed because he would scream every time I got up, so I had a full on Mental Breakdown and the man who I believe was the manager his name was Andrew. He was the most nicest understanding person, he comforted me the best way he could’ve. Thank you Andrew!! Also there was a lady that came to me and made me feel better as well and giving me that “it’s okay” “ you are doing good”. But I’m just happy to know there are kind people in this world. ❤️
