We were so excited to have a chick fil a so close to our house. Then, once it was built, we realized there was no play place for kids. Won't go again, we'll drive to one our kids can play at.Kid-friendliness: Don't build a chick fil a without a play place.

I was glad when they had this location built since it is way closer to me than the other rowlett location. But lately I pass it up and go to the further one. Just because they are so much faster, this new location struggles to move their drive-tru line. Probably one of the slowest moving one. Food still good service nice just speed of service us lacking, so ifni am in a hurry I drive by and go to the other.

Ordered via this location on the app. Payment didn’t go through, so I submitted it again. Hit my bank account twice and sent me 2 emails confirming. An hour later, I called delivery support because I still had not received my food and they told me the store was having technical issues and I should receive my almost $100 back “within 3-6 business days”. If the store is having technical issues with the app, then they need to STOP ACCEPTING APP ORDERS. Now I’m down $100 and have no food.

I was so happy when this chick fila location opened, it's way closer to my home than the other location in Rowlett. The staff is always happy to see you and serve you. My order and condiment requests are always accurate.
Our food came out 7 min late and they gave us a free brownie and coupons for another meal for the long wait. Great company, Arguably the best company with impeccable service. I’ll be back tomorrow
Order two breakfast biscuits online to pick up , it was my first time doing this so was not sure how it worked and which line I had to get on arrived at 10:20 am by the time someone approached me it was 10:36 am and they said my order had been cancel and they can’t longer get what I order , when I was in line I tried a few times to get the one of the employees customer service every time she approached a car in front of me but had no success, it is really disappointing I won’t be back they have lost me as a customer ,once a order has been placed and paid for they should take care of the customer no matter what .

The restaurant is clean, the workers are friendly and accurate when it comes to placing the customers orders. I appreciate the speedy, fast service; from the order taken till checkout, no unnecessary long lines.
They close their lobby at 9:30, said so right on the door. I didn't realize it and went right in, I didn't want to sit in the drive thru line. ? The employee that was cleaning the dining room stopped and helped me anyways at the counter. Super nice and thank you.
