I had to tell you how wonderful of an experience I had today. I went in the evening because I just had to have a sandwich. I asked Spencer to chop up the sandwich and he got it as thin as possible. I explained to him I had Bariatric surgery and he made sure to chop every component as small as possible. He even cut the sandwich in fours to make sure it was easy to eat. That meant so much because I recently got out of the hospital after not being able to eat for 8 weeks. His kindness brought me to tears. Please acknowledge him

It's my birthday... all I wanted was my NORMAL club sub (grilled) on wheat. I'm not sure what it was about my appearance that made JORDAN from the ROWLETT location decide it's against health regulations to grill a sandwich but that's exactly what I was told... I kindly explained I had never heard of such and I order this on a regular basis... she just smiled and told me to have a nice rest of my day because she couldn't do it. My husband was patient enough to drive me 10 miles out of our way to the next location in ROCKWALL where the staff there never exchanged words. They made/grilled all of my sandwiches... shout out to ROCKWALL JERSEY MIKE'S for their exceptional service!

Timothy was giving horrible service. Pretty sure he was on something. I told him I was allergic to mayonnaise and he still put on my sub. Sub was made very sloppy too. not impressed at all.

Unsanitary. The kid was literally sweeping exactly where I was standing rather than waiting for me to get my food and leave, then proceeds to pick up the rug AS IM STANDING ON IT! No manners whatsoever. The make matters worse, my sandwich wasn’t even prepared correctly.
