After eating here several times I have found a few really good size sandwichesThe French Dip is an average size sandwich.

I bought a flower tree at a nearby flower garden and went to have lunch. I enjoyed the menu my son chose. The sanitary conditions, including the indoor atmosphere, were also good.

Honestly? This is probably one of the nicest casual places I've ever been. Panera Bread has nothing on this place.

Curbside pickup order, they never came to my car. After a while I went in and found out it had been ready a while. Food was cold. Little to no sauce on sandwiches. No spoon was provided for the soup.

This place is great. The food is amazing. I love the kings club. I got there for the cookies, and salad for snacks. They have a wide range of foods, but there lemonade is to absolutely die for!!! I had great service every time I’ve been the this restaurant. One place I got after they gym or on a date. I’ve never had a bad meal here. My experience with new dishes have always been amazing along with the entire staff. Restrooms have been clean and the parking lot has always had gray parking. The lines can get long, but never had to wait to long to be seated.

First time eating here from out of town, serving was horrible, manager went to everyone table for plates and refills but skipped over ours! Not a friendly atmosphere likes the other McAlister, I know.

For some reason my husband is quite obsessed with McAlisters. I'm not quite as big a fan but I've had some tasty sandwiches and some that were just meh. During our visit to the Rowlett location, we went with the sweet and smoky chicken and the jalapeño crunch one. They were different from each other but still good. Warm and soft bread. Good portions of filling in each. Service was very friendly. Dining tables were all clean. My only minor gripe was with my side garden salad- bit into some unappetizing mushy greens on occasion. Good experience at this location overall though.

I cater food all the time to offices, specifically the potato bar and they were the most stingy set up I've ever seen. Not only did they make me wait a absurd amount of time to be spoken to (had I not called out I was missing my chili), the manager completely disregarded me as well when I mentioned the large discrepancy. Do not order catering here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in at 8pm Sunday evening. Took 10 min of standing at the register to even be acknowledged. The girl was obviously annoyed and rude. Took our order and just walked away. When the food came out it was tossed on the counter and the red head girl stomped back to the kitchen. Got home and everything, including soup and french dip sauce, were so cold like they came straight from the fridge. Had to nuke everything at home. Definitely not going back. That 2 for 2 horrible experiences here.

Like other reviews have said, staff are friendly and nice, but no one can get an order right. Third time we've been and the order was incorrect. Place wasn't busy either. Judging by the reviews this seems to be a consistent problem and just like other reviews, we confirmed multiple times, the ticket even reads "no mustard" and yet it's still there.

Food was prepared sloppy, thrown together. The strawberry shortcake was served literally frozen solid. The chicken was disgusting and chewy, the veggies were wilted. The entire meal was a total waste of money. The teenagers who were working need major training in customer service, half the time they are all congregating in the back while NOBODY is at the front counter and customers have to stand there waiting for someone to appear. This location needs major management/ leadership help.

My wife and I ate here and we're deeply disappointed because our French dips were cold including the au jus. When we asked the waitress (who was kind) if we could speak with the shift manager she returned and said the manager was unavailable. We couldn't believe our ears. They did remake our plates and we ate them--with hesitation.
