Why order on the app if when you get to the store i still have to pull out to a number and wait. You can definitely tell the difference between daytime and night employees. At night they don’t give a damn and there customer service is terrible

We had an experience with a woman who was a manager I believe at 4:15 in the morning at the Lakeview and Dalrock location in Rowlett. She said systems were down and only doing cash which Ive never heard of that and she is definitely pocketing the money. She said she wrote down the order and calculated it herself total was 28 she said but looked on the app and it was 19. Then when I brought it up then she said prices in the store are different than online which is not true. She then proceeded to get mad and walk off and made us wait 10 minutes to give us back the money.

This place is useless at night. I went there around 8:30pm. Was told to give the person a minute and a car pulled up in the other driveway and they immediately took their order. I asked why did they take their order before mine and the person on the mike said “I ain’t take no order” then the manager came on the mike apologizing with an attitude. How you supposed to be a professional manager apologizing with an attitude. Then I said it’s fine and told them my order. Why these people didn’t confirm my order but instead was taking the other drive thru order. Thats 2 orders that came after me. At this point I drive to the window. The young man at the window just sat there looking at the cash register. I just left because it’s obvious their service is trash at this point. Went to the McDonald’s up the street, order was taken in order immediately with great customer service. Do better and send the manager for training at the better McDonald’s so the whole store isn’t trash.
This location always has issues, and more often than not gives me the wrong item or misses an item entirely despite confirming multiple times, even when handing me the food. Between the slow service, the low quality of the food when I do get it, and not getting what I pay for, this location should owe me and other patrons money in all honesty.If you have to eat at mcdonalds, don't make it this one.

I came in at 7 a.m. on a Saturday with a large group. The morning crew did a great job getting our orders out to us quickly. All orders were correct, hot, and fresh.
