They overcook your food. Overcooked my breads and my pizza. When I asked them if they could pull it out early for me, they said okay, and overcooked it anyway. He forgot my ranch and right when I was about to mention the ranch, he left and got them and literally, not making this up, threw them across the counter. This location is not a good location. Workers don’t care about the quality of te food unfortunately.

Food always good. And anytime an issue arises they give me credit. No issues mostly with service as tend to be early or on time. Drivers sometimes don't read receipt if it says no door bell ring or knock etc. but they give me credit if they messed up. Been ordering from them for years and they seem to always make it better if they made mistake and own up to it. FYI on the wings dip them more in the sauce you ordered please. Other than that no issues and will continue to order from them.

It is so saddening to get home and open your pizza and none of the toppings you order is on it. I ordered pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, pineapple, and spinach. This barely has any meat. I guess it’s my fault for not checking it before I drove home. I’m already home and now I’ll eat this bare pizza sadly.

Update: After 27 days, the refund promised in writing still hasn't hit our account. We're disputing. So to add to the terrible customer service, these folks are liars and will keep your money without delivering your food. Avoid at all costs.Don't order here. We ordered tonight for delivery - over an hour ago, the order said delivered. We checked our porch, we checked our cameras. Zero pizza anywhere. Husband spent 15 mins on the phone with someone named Brian who continually told us that we were wrong and that he wouldn't remake and redeliver our pizza until his driver returned and confirmed it. Driver walked in toward the end of the call. Identified the front porch with a turquoise planter. That isn't our house. Driver said "oh no" and they said they'd redo the pizza and bring it out. An hour later, we are calling back. Brian is again arguing with us that we are wrong, that our address is wrong (on a saved account where we have ordered multiple times before). Now the manager Matt is on the phone telling us that we are wrong yet again. Telling us that our address is wrong and our phone number is also wrong. So I have no idea if our order is ever coming... but about two hours after this ordeal we're still going around in circles. After 5-10 minutes with Matt, he said he'd resend the order with two sodas. We had to ask them to just cancel the order and refund our money several times before they agreed.If this isn't bad enough.... Two months ago was the last time we ordered here. That time, delivery was successful, but it sat in quality check for 45 minutes. Our pizza came cold and congealed. I called then and asked for a replacement or a refund. They agreed to a refund and it never came. This place is laughable. And based on the other reviews, it's surprising that corporate still lets them continue to operate.

Location and the website apparently thinks that I should’ve ordered here at the sachse location. When I presented this to the assistant manager at this location in Sachse and asked if there was somebody that I could get feedback to regarding the app all she wanted to do was argue with me and try and make me look stupid. For that you get a one star review. Enjoy.

I tried ordering and I accidentally put the wrong address, and I went to change it and they canceled my whole order. My kids are very hungry and my friends kids are too. We were unable to eat today. Pizza was all I could afford. They canceled our order. I cant believe it. My manager that I was talking to literally ended in my face and was cussing me out. I am astonished. The worker called me a “******* and a “****** because I told them I wrote a review. Stop going to fast food pizza places because they are Islamophobic.

It’s hard to find a chicken piece in the chicken pizza in this store. It’s been a year we have been ordering pizzas. It’s disappointing every time. Pls add more chicken in pizzas.

The worst experience. I'd do zero stars if I could.Ordered $120 worth of pizzas for a Kids party and they were late, burnt, and not sliced properly.Such a disappointment. Do not even bother with these guys.

The tracker completely messed up and set our food for pick up even though I paid for delivery. So I went to the store to pick up and we were told our pizza was still on for delivery and would be there in 10 minutes. It was not on the way and we waited for 30 minutes. I had to go pick up my food even though I paid for delivery because they sent home all drivers at 10:30. I do not understand why we were told it was already on the way when it was very clearly not. This was an incredibly awful experience and I will think twice before ordering again. Why would my delivery be put as a carry out? I was refunded but that is just ridiculous. They apparently always send drivers home at 10:30 on Sundays even when they close at 12.

Like some of the other reviewers said. They don’t do well delivering. My orders took 2 hours. I can understand the shortage of drivers but when I call you and you tell me it’s going to take 15 minutes, I expect to see it. I call 1hr later and they told me 15min again.This come down to or just a system or driver shortage, but down to management.
