I ordered on the app and got to the location 6 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.Food was not ready, waited for awhile and noticed a man show up and unlock the door about 15 minutes after the app had said they were open. The app will male you wait half an hour and you won't get your food. I waited for over 20 minutes then hit the red button to talk to the staff , I waited over 5 more minutes and no one responded so I had to leave and head for work and did not get my food and don't see any way digitally to get a refund. Never wasting my time on this Sonic again.

Completely messed up my order. Food was cold. Charged me 4 dollars for chili cheese tots but gave me a 2 dollar hotdogs that looked like it was a week old. Tried to give me someone's milkshakes while I was waiting for my food. I will not revisit this location. Like

My boyfriend and I showed up 15 minutes before closing and we try not to do this as we know it’s an inconvenience and a little inconsiderate. But we did go anyways and the gentleman who helped us had no complaints and was very eager to serve us despite it being so close to closing. We ordered 2 large shakes and they came out perfect with straws, spoons, napkins, and a smile from this gentleman. Will definitely be back.

Our carhop, Grace was outstanding! The food tasted better than any other sonic I've been to and came out very quickly. They were very busy but also managed to give me wonderful service. I made sure to tip the carhop as much as possible.

This is certifiably the worst sonic drive thru that I have been to. I love sonic, they are my go to guilty pleasure chain. The mozzarella cheese sticks are unlike any other. I even worked at a sonic location for 1 day back when i was 16. I had a great experience and loved all the employees back then. This branch however has had to have been the most consistently inconsistent branch of sonic I have ever visited. I have seen the high star ratings with comments like, "They messed up our order but made it better" why are there so many like this? because there is a clear management issue at this branch. I have been sitting countless times at this sonic waiting for 5, 7, sometimes 10 minutes with no say on where our food orders are. I have seen employees walk up to my car clearly high, and unable to comprehend the requests i am making. This branch has problems, and it is a shame i live so close to it. i would love to give more business to this branch, but y'all need to get your act together first.

We went a few weeks ago and there was a small mistake on our order, but when we went today the manager Dakota was extremely kind and made sure to fix the issue for us. The restrooms were clean and the food was super fresh with very quick service!

HORRIBLE!!!! DON'T GO HERE FOR FOOD!!! Old meat, half overcooked bacon, they forgot tomatoes and pickles! This meal was so bad, I couldn't eat it. Threw it out and was pissed that I didn't go to Whataburger and wait 40 min for a freshly made bacon cheeseburger!
