Used be my weekly "go-to" for my bean & cheese burrito and beef burrito fix. Last time I wnet the drive through girl insisted they do not serve beef burritos. Wow "since when?" I asked. "Since forever," she insisted. Of course they don't answer the phone when you call for a manager... I guess its Tortilla Factory for me from now on. And why can't they keep a permanent staff, anyways?
The food was OK here, but the staff was amazing! They were constantly working, very polite and the restaurant was immaculate.

I normally don’t go here often but today I had it and I ordered the chicken quesadilla and the nachos. The quesadilla is good however the nachos are not good all of the chips are soggy and it’s hard to eat and not good at all.

They are never open on time. I have constantly been waiting several times because they never open on time. Theres not even any emploies there when it says they are supposted to be open.

Placed an online order, got there to pick it up, they claimed not to have received it. Showed them screen capture of the order and order number and address, confirmed that I was in the right place. They had my money already, but refused to make the order because they didn't get an email. Their manager is absolutely useless, there is NO customer service at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BUENO, you will be treated poorly and probably not get the right food. They still have my $40.00 It's maddening.

I guess they were ready to go home. Got a bean burrito and a beef burrito. And that’s what I got. A tortilla with beans only and a tortilla with beef only. Not cheese or sauce. Threw them away. Never going back.

It’s great here. The high tables aren’t the best for someone in my condition but that was the only high occupancy table for my 6 person group.
