Food is never ready on time, they also do not start your order until you arrive in the store. (This is even after waiting for the 15-21 minutes the app quotes you). We have given them 6 different chances, and they fail everytime. They also never clean their grease so the food is swimming in dirty grease and then tastes like grease and it just drips grease while you are eating it.Their chicken sandwhiches are always overcooked as well.90% of the staff should be fired, new management needs to take over this location.Goto the Rockwall location, that location is always bussin bussin.

Well I officially give up on this place. I oder online at least twice a week. I always order my fries “well done” and they usually are never cooked well done. The other day I went and I ordered well done fries. Got regularly cooked fries with no seasoning. If I wanted plain fries I would go to in and out burger. Nothing more frustrating than knowing how good the food can be but usually never is! Time to move on from this place! Check your order before you leave and save the headache!

First and last time ordering Chicken Sandwich from Wingstop! When you think about a Chicken Sandwich the first thing that comes to mind is a chicken breast. I was highly disappointed biting into my chicken sandwich. The Chicken patty was made up of all dark meat, it was very tough biting into it. I threw away 2/3 of the sandwich because it was disgusting biting into it. The fries were great!
