Service was good and ms roboto stole the show bringing out the entrees. Dinks were alcohol forward (excellent)-jus a different vibe with the ambiance, all the lights in that vapor!!!

The service was good. Nico was awesome. Did a great job on getting us our food which tasted great. The Michelada was not the greatest but the food was good and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great!

We arrived 1 hour and 15 mins prior to them closing. The host informed us they were not allowing anyone else to be seated. I thought it was strange not to seat customers with having over an hour till closing.We returned back to our car, and I decided to call them and place a pick-up order, giving them a chance to redeem themselves. I was told over the phone that they stopped taking orders 45 mins before closing. I informed them it was over an hour before they closed. They stated the hours posted on the door and website were wrong, and they were closing in 30 mins. I made the suggestion to them to correct the hours on the door and website if they were wrong and asked to speak with a Manager or Supervisor. My request was ignored, and the female employee hung up the phone.I called back and got the same female employee, and I asked to speak with a Manager or Supervisor. She didn't acknowledge my request and hung up again. I must say, I was deeply disappointed in the "customer no service" we received. Ownership or Management need to address the issues with their host and correct their hours of operation.I live in the area, and we were happy to see this type of place open up in our small city area. I guess we will keep traveling over to the Alliance area to their competitors.

Honestly, I'm actually a little disappointed. I was so excited to find out they were opening in saginaw! So close to home. My son and I went for lunch a few weeks ago. Been craving crawfish. At that time crawfish was $13.99 a lb. We ordered a lb of crawfish, shrimp po-boy and the cajun fish plate from the lunch menu. The fish was dry and the mango salsa had no liquid to moisten the fish. Shrimp po-boy was not bad. Fries came out fresh and crispy. Now, let's talk about the crawfish. First off, I'm a die hard crawfish lover. I got the atomic sauce which was a mixture of all flavors. It was salty, and just wasn't what I expected. I couldn't even finish the little one lb of crawfish i ordered. I had high expectations and was disappointed at the end.

Got there at 8:30pm and they refused to let me dine in. Without asking what we were going to order. Saw people just getting served when I was walking out of the restaurant. Google Business hrs said they close at 9:30. Did a long drive for nothing.

Food was not good. Took my wife and kids here for dinner. Crabs stuck to the shell and was hard to remove. And that wouldn't bother me too much if they had good flavor. The flavor of the atomic was very bland, spicy but bland. The spicy also wouldn't bother me but i just couldnt keep eating them without flavor. We order 6 baked oysters for appetizer and did get them until we were already half way done eating our food. Patron Margarita was not good either. Now I'm not one to complain when it's strong, but tasted like watered down taquilla on the rocks with a mild sour taste. Barf...first and last time I will come here.

I recently just ate here and loved the combo #2 was so delicious with Louisiana and I love spicy so I ordered on fire and boy was it just the right temperature for me, CJ the bartender made the best Rum punch I wanted another but I had to stop myself. The manager and host were so helpful. I love the ambience and atmosphere. Trenton was our server and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. I will be coming back to this place….. oh and lastly they have these cute little robots that bring out the food…

This is my new favorite go to spot for crab sacks the food was flavorful, filling and the sides you can get between rice and garlic noodles. Everything was amazing. I’ve been there three times in one week maybe a fourth… either way I definitely recommend this place. Nice people, amazing environment and staff definitely worth it.
