I went in today and I was empty. No one greeted or welcomed me. Customer service is something that has to practice with all employees no matter the day. However, the staff were young and kind when taking and prepping my order. I said hello when I was about to order and the guy who took my order said nothing. “this is my favorite place to go for ice cream. their scooped ice cream is nice and creamy— i always get the gansito flavor. i also recently tried their elote en vaso for the first time and it was delicious; they go heavy on the toppings, which i really like because you don't end up eating some scoops of mostly just corn. on top of that, everyone who works here is always so friendly and the place is kept clean!“
