I really enjoyed this stop during my trip. Really cute roaster, much better experience than a corporate chain. I got the hot matcha latte. The stunning girl behind the register took my order, was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. The matcha was fantastic. Look forward to stopping here next time I’m driving through. Clean bathrooms are always a major plus.

Brisket kolache. Do not sleep on this! It's phenomenal! Everything good about Texas in one bite. They are pillowy soft and stuffed with brisket. They have excellent breakfast taquitos also. The salsa is a must.Their iced coffee is divine! The staff is welcoming and so friendly. We make a point to stop every time we drive through Salado.

Love this place. The brisket kolache has to be the best in Texas. If you're looking to enjoy an iced drink and have the best day of focus ever, the honey cinnamon breve, quad shot, heavy ice is absolutely bonkers. Staff smiles genuinely. They're quick. The place is spotless.

The latte was exceptional!! This coffee was better than anything I’ve had in Austin! Very reminiscent of what you get in Europe. The turkey pesto sandwich-wow! I might have to drive back up to Salado just for lunch!

Happy to have found an authentic local coffee shop amidst the string of Starbucks along the highway. Our 2 iced Americanos were just right. The staff is super friendly and passionate about coffee. I’d stop by again the next time I drive through town! Also has a drive thru. Offers almond and oat milk in addition to cows.

I recommend for coffe not sandwiches unless you like a huge amount of mustard and soggy sandwich. Edit to note they made it right after I complained about the sandwich. I appreciate the customer service!

Espresso is bitter, under extracted. Not drinkable.

This was our first time coming here and i am beyond happy with it! First starting with the atmosphere, they welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door, we ordered and it didn’t take long at all for the food and drinks to get to us. Since it was our first time there we asked what they recommended for food and they said the brisket kolache. Definitely will be back. The girl at the counters name who helped us was Kaitlyn. She was amazing. 10/10 will recommend everyone to this place.Parking: Lots of parking space, no trouble parking or finding the place.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed and they have food and drinks for kids as well.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to door

Stopped to try the codfee and some food. Great place, the mocha with extra shot was very good, and the Serrano and cheese kolochi was also very good. It's one of the better ones I have had. I recommend stopping by. They have a drive-thru, so you can stop.

I ordered a cappuccino and a slice of banana nut bread. The cappuccino was pretty good, and I liked the bread. It was pretty mild in the banana flavor, though. They have quite a few options on their menu, too, not just baked goods. The cafe area was a little smaller than I thought it would be, and a little noisy. Not the warm and cozy feeling of a coffee shop I tend to go for, really not much character at all.Overall, though, it was good. I'm more than likely to go back. I'd rather support an independent store for a coffee than a big chain. Oh, and I think they were priced pretty well for the cappuccino. The one thing I forgot to ask is if they make their baked goods and other menu items in-house.

The chai lattes were great, spicy but not so hot we couldn't drink them right away. The sugar cookies were soft and cakey with just the right amount of frosting. The chocolate chess pie was a miss for us. The crust was too thick for such a small pie and the filling had an odd texture that clashed with the chocolate mousse topping. Will go back, just not for pie.

Quiet, clean, cute little spot in the heart of Salado. Convincingly located next to the highway for easy access. The ambiance is so peaceful. My cashier was so kind and sweet. I’ll be back with a few friends.
