Staff were nice and knowledge. I'm not much on burgers, but I did find a chicken sandwich that was pretty good. My grandson likes the chicken nuggets, fries and a drink and thoroughly enjoyed his order.
We ordered on the app, our burgers were not put together looked like they just threw it on the paper. Added mayo when said not to. They were not busy at all.

I love burger King especially this one there is a water who is very nice and always outs a smile on his face whenever I order and I don't know his name but one of his arms has tattoo all over it I'm guessing he is Hispanic or Mexican I'm not being g racist just trying it describe him the best way possibleParking: The parking is super easy I just love itKid-friendliness: They are very friendly to kids and it is very fun to see them do
The meal in this place was cold... I think it needed more flavor.

We are full-time traveling in our RV & have been through many states & this is our 1st time at a Texas Burger King but as always, the same great tasting food you'd expect from any Burger King. I did not go inside since my husband went through the drive-thru himself so I cannot account for the cleanliness, service, or the general atmosphere but my husband seemed ok with everything so we were happy. Thank you for the awesome food!

I haven't been to a Burger King in about 20 years, not because I didn't like it because back in the day, I did very much but now they suck. Burgers are smaller, cold, and not near as flavorful. You can go to restaurant and get a bigger better burger for less money in some places. What a shame. Needless to say, I won't go back ever!

This place has been going up and down for some time. Seems like they have to do a whole staff turnover when it's down, then the decent ones disappear. Otherwise it's a standard BK.Parking: Always open
Burger King on N Abe San Angelo, TxOrdered but never delivered.Called store.Rude girl answered said, "Not our Problem" and hung up.Now can't reach anyone even tho they still took the money from my acct

We arrived right at closing and they took our order anyway. We got chicken sandwichs that were left and they cooked 2 orders of fries for us. Excellent service!!!!

Went for late lunch, around 1:30. Manager was reprimanding young employee right at the counter in front of customers. For me, this is unexcusable. Poor management.....always discuss with employee in private. Fast food workers and management are a dime a dozen and there is no training and no accountability anymore. The bread was old and stale, the food was mediocre at best. Do not recommend until changes are made for the better .

The service here is terrible, but in spite of that the food is actually usually good. The last time I visited the employees were busy playing with the toddler of an off-duty employee, and made sure to give him and his wife free food while we were waiting to be served. The menu marquee is always out (or off?) and the employees act ticked off to have to go through the menu verbally. This is actually a really nice building but the employees make it a bad experience. The often are laughing and joking and using loud swear words and I have to cover my kids ears so they dont hear all the inappropriate language.
