Rude, dirty and disrespectful. Oh and did I mention rude? The waitress asked if we were ready to order and we said not yet. 20 minutes later and She never came back. My daughter went to tell her we were ready to order and she said ok and walked the other way to help out several other customers who got here 10 minutes after we did. Still sitting here and haven’t ordered…. 1 star for the chocolate milk that was $8!!!

Took a little while to get a server but the girl who just came in to work, helped us right away an was nice, food came out pretty quick, my daughter loved her kids meal finished it all.
IHOP when it first open was good then went downhill but now it's amazing food was good the service was a little slow but eh and the atmosphere was pretty good so I say it was

I ordered a ham and cheese omelet with hash browns. The omelet was cold, the cheese on top was not even melted, some kind of white sauce was drizzled on top of it. The hash browns were not even brown.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, that's why I ordered the omelet.
