Gave us the wrong order and then wanted the one pizza back that left the building to exchange us for the our correct pizza, which sounds ridiculous. Then the worker at the register rushes you when you order and nobody was there nor busy.

Our delivery order wasn’t correct this evening, we didn’t get what we paid for.I’d suggest training on reading orders and double check prior to putting in oven and again before boxing them up.Paying customers deserve to receive what they ordered.

This is the only little Caesars that actually has decent customer service skills. Delivery service is quick

Little Ceasers is always an easy and fast way to get the family fed in a crunch. Great good for the price.

The food here is the best of the 3 in town but the service we received last night 2/10/24 was so ridiculous. My boyfriend came in to get the order. No one greeted him (ok not to big a deal) He proceeded to tell the girl at the counter we had a order for pick up. And she cut him off very rudely and told him we'll be with you in a minute and proceeded to sit at the counter on the computer Ignoring him while the other employee took care of the window and then was finally able to take care of my boyfriend and give us our pizza. As my boyfriend left the store obviously angry at the customer service rudeness, she was laughing.

“Hot and ready” more like “Ready and stale” ?You’d think something you ordered on the spot would be better than ordering ahead but the pizza and crazy bread felt like it was put in a microwave for 30 seconds and taken

Last 2 months we've probably been 5 times. 3 of the 5 times the pizza was just barely warm when we got them along with cold and hard crazy bread that had to be many hours old. Each time has been peak hours of operation. No excuses. Will find another place to go.

Last time for me. Came in for a hot n ready Italian sausage. Told it would be 20 min. I opted for the Pepperoni which they always have. Worst dry no cheese to speak of pizza that was sitting for too long. Used to go to the one on Bryant but they wont make you pcb pepperoni cheese bread anymore.. said theyre not allowed to.. n always kids working n they dont know what to do

Upon entering this location you see someone working the drive through. We were not greeted and stood in the lobby for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. When someone finally did it was a quick and emotionless. We waited in the extremely hot lobby with dead bugs on the floor. We got our food and took a few bites of the dough and it tasted fine but was undercooked. Will not return to this location.
