I want to give 5 stars, but we use the drive thru and it's such a pain. There's no menu outside and they don't even have a menu to offer you. When you ask what they have, you kind of get a "you serious?" vibe before they try and remember all they have to offer. Ice cream is great, but we usually go to BR because of this reason.

Clean inside, ice cream is good. Service wasn't all that. Service isn't all that because some of the workers aren't as enthusiastic . which ruins the vibe a lil bit.

Service speaks volumes, sadly the service here was less than acceptable. The girl behind the counter said maybe 2 words to us, seemed NOT happy to be working, while all those around her were happy. The shakes were phenomenal but she didn't bother changing gloves for idk how long and the cups she handed us were covered in ice cream and we had to clean them off so we could actually hold them, also didn't see the trash until we were in the car. she saw us having to clean up the cups and use several napkins filling up the "trash cup" sbitnever pointed out the trash can thats tucked out of sight of most of the shop. Not a good first impression

The price point is high, I got two cookie ice sandwiches and a single scoop of ice-cream for $25. The cookies are average but ice-cream with mix-in's are good. Small indoor space, there's a drive-thru but you'll have to be patient.

I’m not going to lie I was a little afraid of the bad reviews as we don’t always go out for ice cream and I wanted this to be special for my son. However, everything was excellent! Staff was very friendly and patient (I’ve never been here and having two small kiddos choose takes time). The place really could use a good deep cleaning but the ice cream was absolutely on point ! I honestly think it was my favorite Ice cream ever (it was a pecan blend one). Overall 5 stars just needs a deep clean.

I went to this place for some ice cream one night (they usually have pretty good ice cream) and as we were waiting in line to be served, the guy that worked there was serving the people in front of us. I sat and watched in awe as his long hair was getting in the ice cream as he was bending over to get it for the kids in front of us. He kept trying to keep his hair out of his face, but his hair wouldn't stay back because there was nothing to secure it nor was he wearing a hair net. I am not being dramatic here, HIS HAIR WAS DIPPING IN THE ICE CREAM AS HE WAS BENDING DOWN TO RETRIEVE IT! I lost my appetite and decided to go elsewhere.
Yesterday August 27th, I and an aquaintance met at the San Angelo Marble Slab for ice cream of course. I have been there the third time since moving here and each previous time was enjoyable. However, yesterday several ice cream choices were out, I desired a Banana Split and.... No bananas...neither of 3 employees wore safety gloves and hands were visibly touching the product. Each employee were handling money and lastly, the cones were stale. I still truly enjoy your ice cream and shall return again. But I believe these issues need to be addressed. Thanks

The person who helped us was very slow and her coworker made 3 before she even got started on our second one. We got one on the cone and one in a cup. The one in the cup (asked for the cone but she gave us a cup), she messed up the order as she put in Heath bar chunks instead of KitKats and the scoop for it only filled half the small cup.They were out of 2 ice cream flavors. The area they mix the add ons in didn't seem very clean to us either. Definitely not as good as Cold Stone but taste wise it's not that bad. I don't think we will be going back any time soon

We took our boys here last week and it was a mediocre experience. The staff was polite and professional, the ice cream was ok but the tables and floors were disgusting. Everything was dirty and sticky. There were bits of cone and old spoons and napkins scattered all over the floor. Hoping our next visit will be different!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We walked in 5-10 minutes before they were supposed to close (tight squeeze I know, but figured they were open until 9) and the family that walked in right before us got served, but he looked at me and my family and VERY rudely in other words, told us he wouldn’t be serving us and went on about his business. Sad, considering this has always been my favorite ice cream place. Rude staff, and doesn’t hold to hours appropriately. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
