I asked them for for extra syrup this morning and they charged me .40 cents more, I wasn't seeious when I said I would write a review over .40 cents more. He said he thought I asked for two, I said no it comes with one anyway. Well the next window person looked out for his or her buddy. I found out when I was getting my syrup out of the bag.They sliced it right in the middle so I had syrup in my bag and on my hand,I have a photo of it. Can't believe some of your employees would stoop this low..Not sure how to post the photo but might just email it to corporate office. No damage done, just pretty unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst McDonald . People were waiting in line for 30-40 minutes for one item. Also an elderly couple didn’t get their coffee the whole time we ate till we were leaving.

The "playground" is too small. My kids were very disappointed.The only thing I was happy about was that this McDonald's has the Shamrock shake.

They should have kept the old staff. The new staff is disrespectful except for the staff that has been there for years. The new staff needs to work on customer service. They take forever for delivery service.

New place on southwest...took forever to reopen...used to be the best in angelo in my opinion but has now sunk to level of the other 2, if not worse. The burgers were sloppy. The staff was not friendly at all, and drive thru was slow , at 2pm...and evidently the people can't take an order properly.

Parking lot is a nightmare to get in if you are dining in. They just remodeled and completely renovated the parking lot. Not! They are slow to order and we waited for food for three of us for 25 minutes. I finally got my food after I told them I wanted a refund, then our order was wrong. Several people were waiting also and some of them complained about their order being wrong also. The manager needs to be fired. Do not go to this McDonald’s. I filed a complaint online. Haven’t been contacted yet.
