We ate at Red Lobster and the food was great. Our waiter, Coby G. was very prompt and courteous and we enjoyed his service. It's not often that you hear "Yes, sir" and "Yes, ma'am" in this world and he was awesome in doing that. We will definitely ask for him again.

We ate at Red Lobster as a treat after being at doctors appointments all day. They were very busy and the staff was very accommodating. We sat in the bar area and was served by Emma. She was not only the bartender but our waitress also. Very attentive and helpful in all aspects. Extremely pleased with our service. Will definitely return when Emma is working.

I love Red Lobster! When I came in there was no wait time and I got to sit down and enjoy my meal right away. The food was great (you have to try the calamari) and my server Coby was very kind and attentive. Will definitely come back here soon!

My husband, myself and our three children went out to eat at Red Lobster in San Angelo, TX and we had such a great experience. Dining with kids can be so hard, but our awesome waiter was so patient and kind to them. His name was Sweeney and he was such a great, charming young man. He literally made our dining experience!! The food was amazing and the drinks were just what me and my husband needed. I will definitely go back and eat there again.

It has been a very long time since I ate here at this restaurant and after my recent visit I will for sure be coming back. The food was delicious but what made our time there amazing was the excellent host, Alex. He greeted us immediately and was very respectful. He took the time out to consistently check on us and would even stop to talk to my son about things that their both into. I thought that was pretty cool. Overall the best experience I’ve had from a restaurant in a really long time! Thank you Alex for being so kind! We will definitely be back, awesome business! ??

Had such a pleasant lunch today! Our server Chris was outstanding!! Great customer service personality! His menu recommendations were great. And we never ran out of biscuits & tea. Please pass along our appreciation to Chris!!

My husband took my grandson (6yrs old) and myself to eat seafood. I am not a big fan of seafood, but my grandson loves seafood. The food was great and although they were extremely busy, we were nicely seated by the young man, host, I believe his name was Alex. Very nice, soft- spoken and it was a wonderful atmosphere.

It seems like they must have a need to write off expenses and they run this place to show losses. Their staff consisted of a host, cook, and 1 waitress! I mean how do you expect to want to run a successful business this way. To answer you Karens: it was the mother-in-laws birthday and their coconut shrimp is her must! Legit though, the host telling me to wait for my waitress to give me my to go box, really? What could you possibly be busy doing? ?

What a disappointment. We walked in at 12:40 today for lunch and were told their would be a 30-40 min wait. The problem was that there was nobody there. We were told that they only had 3 servers and their tables were full. I'm sorry but the servers need to take on an extra table or two. That is how they make their money by serving the customer. I know it's hard to get help but that was ridiculous.

Prices are high, won't serve a broil Sailors platter anymore, not enough wait staff. Food was still good though.

We had amazing experience!!! They were busy when we got there and the General Manger, Robbie, took the time to serve us due to the amount of tables in the restaurant and how busy the rest of the wait staff was extremely busy with several large tables. She was so friendly and helped us create exactly what we were looking for our meal. It was a awesome dinner and we could not of asked for more!!

I love red lobster! I'm always taken care of here by the awesome wait staff and leave satisfied by the great food. This establishment makes me feel comfortable and prioritized every time I visit.

If you look at the reviews it seems there is a common problem with this Res Lobster.I called ahead for a reservation for an important dinner with my wife.We arrived with our service dog to be greeted with a 30 minute wait time. When I told her we have a reservation the hostess said they don't do reservations. I asked for the manager.When the manager came out she said that we were on the top of the list but they only had 2 servers. I looked around the restaurant and it was over half empty.My wife and I went outside to wait for our cab as I was going to drink tonight and would not drive.I called The Wharf Restaurant and asked if they had a table, the hostess asked when and I said as soon as we leave Red Lobster we would be there, the hostess said she would hold a table for us.We get there and the place is packed. They sat us immediately and the waitress took our drink order.Needless to say it was well worth the money!$200 for the food$75 for the waitresses$40 for the cabA great meal with my wife at a great restaurantPRICELESS!!!!!The Red Lobster really should be torn down.It is out dated, overrated, and just plain awful!!!!!!
