The service is decent, but the cookies are small and undercooked. I think it's kinda lame to skimp military personnel like this, especially when you're one of the only restaurants on base.

I was looking forward to my lunch today as subway is usually a set standard of food. I ordered a wrap. The wrap was stale on the edges and honestly made it very unpleasant all other contents were ok but I did get a unhappy stomach the rest of the day. I will only go back if it’s a must now. Customer service was good after a brief wait.

I waited in the store for 6 or 7 minutes for no one to come to the front to help, but no one came. I went to my car and called the store and got an answer on the phone so I went back inside to wait for another 6-7 minutes with 2 other people. No one came to the front. Seemed like staff was avoiding customers.

23 minutes to get through 5 orders... I've never seen employees move so slowly! Rude, lacked menu knowledge, and one of the employees used the derogatory expression "it looks retarded" when talking about her own wrapping skills!!! In what world is that acceptable. Even after my food was made, they continued to make another 3 orders as slowly as the others, and I had to wait before I could even pay. No sense of urgency, no work ethic, nor care for the customer, and clearly no pride in having a paying job.

Workers seem unhappy and it shows in the way they prepare your sandwiches. They also do this weird thing where they make your sandwich and then make you wait while they finish several sandwiches in line behind you so they can do a bulk cashier run. Results in you standing there for several minutes waiting on other people's sandwiches. Never seen this done at any other food establishment.
