If I could give 0 stars I would. This place used to be pretty quick about it's service and tonight the guy told me to pull up to the window and I waited there for 20min. Both employees were attending the large number of people inside. Completely ignored the people in line at the windows. Terrible, terrible service.

Wowwwwwww.... I walked in , the 4 people that were working there immediately looked at me and yelled " WHAT'S YOUR ORDER? ONLINE? WHAT? .....I responded I'm just trying to look at the menu, and he responded with "WHAT ORDER NUMBER?" At this point I'm feeling attacked and uncomfortable so I asked my fiance if he just wanted to go and all four of them preced to flare at us. There wasn't anyone else in the store, it was scary. I'll never be back and honestly I wish I had gotten there names.before I ran out because I want to report that whole crew. WOOOOOW. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CREW SUBWAY!

Burnt. Go to a different Subway. I put an online order in for pickup. I didn't see that my sandwich was burnt until I got home. It's so hard that it scraped up the roof of my mouth from taking a bite out of it. The photo supposed to be herb and cheese. Waste of money and time.

I ordered online and went to the store to pick up located at 3016 knickerbocker. The bread was stale. I could barely cut thru it. Our sandwiches were also missing items that were ordered. I have been a long time subway customer but this experience has definately changed the way I feel about visiting again. What a waste of money!!

Wonderful, patient but understaffed. They were just amazing that two young kids ran front, drive through and call ins with smiles!

Do not order from this Subway. Especially their online system. I placed an order from my email that gives you a free footlong when your order a footlong and 20oz drink. After showing the discount prior to payment everything was good but after receiving the electronic receipt it showed full price. So naturally I brought this up with the store employee and they claim nothing can be done until the Manager comes back the next day. We were instructed to come back the next day. I was like nope here's my info and have your manager call me. Her name is Kim and I still haven't received a phone call almost 22 hrs later. I find that odd when the store has all my order information and that they can just process reimburse for the charges especially since the manager wasn't there last night to close up. This was clear evidence that a high level incompetence from management to employee works there. This is not the first time they have screwed up my order. Don't waste your time! Drive across town to the other Subway. This Subway is doing a disservice to us all!
