This Taco Bell has the new computers so you can as a customer can put your order in itself, I'm not a big fan of it... But it was the first time I used it but I mean if you go there every day I guess it would be fine... It was just really different..

Please do better for the love of god. Every time I door dash from here something is missing. Also, if you want to cover the area of my drink where the straw goes, please use something else. The sticker you place over it is very difficult to remove without destroying the lid and it leaves and insane residue that gets all over the straw.

The drive through person seemed annoyed was short and didn't actively listen we corrected him on order several times and they still made it wrong and got 1 of the drinks wrong ..

You don't go to taco bell looking for high end food. But the lady's who work at this location are the type to unnecessarily make your experience difficult. Do not bother using the app as they cannot follow basic instruction. Do not attempt the drive through as they do not understand basic instructions. I actually feel bad for places like taco bell because your reputation is directly tied to how your workforce carries themselves. Teenagers at Chic fil A offer great service for the same pay but adults cannot?
I'm rating this one star due to the only option for ordering inside is to use the self-serve kiosk. No thanks. I'm not running the register for myself.
SERVICE HORRIBLE/CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE!!!!! You no longer speak to anyone You now have to order through their kiosks No one bothered to speak nor offer any help so if you didn't know how to use their kiosk you are SOL.
