Service was great. The gentleman at the window was professional and friendly, but after spending $13 on a Cantina Burrito meal, I get this sorry excuse of a burrito. This thing is thinner than my index finger and barely has any chicken. Complete waste of money.

I went through the drive thru the other night and ordered the grilled cheese nacho fries with steak, extra cheese and extra fries. What I got was a joke and I didn’t realize how bad the food was until I got home. I will never again order from this Taco Bell. I posted a picture as a reference as to what I got.

Worst service ever! Every single order I ordered after spending $74.00 in the drive thru, and the only customers at the restaurant at the time got everything wrong on our order! I called after I got home and instead of making it right, she hung up on me and then took the phone line off the hook! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I’ve been trying to call that restaurant from 3 different phones from 3 different area codes and no answer! I’ve never complained on anyone ever, this is the first! And to be treated so poorly and not make it right is just beyond me. Absolutely horrible service. Do yourself a favor and drive to different location because not only will this establishme get the order wrong but they don’t care to correct it or make it right, because the workers are obviously too stoned from getting high on their breaks in the parking lot, or something else. Been trying to call still after 30 min and the phone line is off the hook. If I could give zero stars I would but the lowest option was 1 star. Come on Taco Bell, DO BETTER!

I stopped to pickup 4 tacos supreme, and one order of reg nachos. No drinks etc. The bill was 20.00+ the food was absolutely disgusting, and tasted nothing like any other Taco Bell we've tried. We threw it in the garbage! The nachos turned out to be supreme hence the reason for the higher bill. Yet, the screen said reg nachos Won't be going back, ever! We can have a great meal at Chilis or so many other places who offer pick 3 for $10.00! Maybe just maybe management is overpaying staff? they are not worth 15.00 per hour which has driven the cost of fast food thru the roof!

I ordered through the uber eats app tonight and my order was completely wrong. Food was missing. The food that was made barely had meat in it. The crunchwrap supreme tortilla was ripped apart and other burritos were smashed together like whoever made the food was angry. Not sure. But pretty disappointed.
Tacobell was a great experience (rolled chicken tacos Awesome) as usual. The really cool thing was getting to speak to a few of the employees on there break ,they said they really liked their jobs and explained how flexible the company was with them being students. Overall, great customer service, great food at a decent price, and a good company to work for. Tacobell will be around for every generation.

It's a wonder they stay open with the the 0 quality of service they provide at this location,. It's A wonder I keep coming back after reading all the negative reviews this location has listed. It's because they continue to sucker us in with a $5:00 craving box's lol. Why bother customizing your order? They're not reading , they're just going through the motions not giving a ratsaas about the customer. It's always something here. I'M DONE! Will not be back, Getting your food should be a happy moment! Not an upsetting one. Oh and then punish me for the convenience of using the app, ridiculous Taco Bell. On Knickerbocker. IDNRTP

Decent place. I have been through the drive through twice now. Not the friendliest but staff gets the job done. They have been very light with sauces. Second time around my potatoes were much more fresh and warm.
