Eli and his trainer (can't remember how to spell her name, my apologies) we're very patient with me and my friend! They explained and complications that had happened and helped us not be confused. Very sweet people, very great atmosphere, and absolutely amazing food! 11/10

Went in to have lunch with my family as we walked by the meat I was asked if I wanted to pick my steak and yes I did it was a nice 1 inch thick steak 3rd one fron the top .Well by the time it got to my table it was about a quarter of that thickness and had no seasoning on it .We had been there for over 40 min before we got our food our waitress did her best but her response to when I said wow it shrunk " was yeak they do that when you cook them .So I hesitated at first but then I got up and went to the meat counter and there was my steak still 3rd one from the top center row .So beware about picking your Steaks ....Then I had asked for a dosXX dressed it took almost 20 minutes to get that. Folks it was not busy either .Well my wife picked the spot so I myself don't think I'll eat Steak here anymore !

The food was really good as well as the service. I was a bit on edge the whole time worrying about the employees who weren't paying attention and kept running into me and stepping on my mobility service dog.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is a little difficult to navigate for the disabled.

My fiance and I haven't had an amazing dinner date until tonight. Our server was Holly and she was amazing. Holly made us feel very welcome and she had a great positive attitude. Would definitely go back and ask for her to be our server again.
Food not prepared as ordered. BUT manager came to make it right.Husband's food was so tough he didn't eat it.. but he didn't let them know.

How can a steakhouse not know how to cook a steak? 90-95% of the time my medium steaks are well done. Mac n cheese is super dry and rolls have been overdone (not quite burned) my last several visits. They have gone downhill and lost my business! What a shame. When they cook it right, it's great.

So I brought my mother in law who is visiting. I bragged about how wonderful my last experience was last week. Well, it was NOT the same. Our waiter was not attentive at all. He only took our order, the MOD Bridget did the rest of his job as he paid attention to his other table of 8 men. They were extremely busy, so we understood the food cook was not up to par, we were okay with that, our waiter Hector not once checked on us until we asked for the check. Bridget took care of our bill which was not necessary. Bridget is a Diamond and made our dinner worth the terrible dining experience by Hector.

Always a good time and good food at Texas Roadhouse. Just wish it wasn't so loud sometimes. Service was great and everything we ordered came out tasting wonderful.

Sat at the bar because we were in a hurry while traveling. Prime Rib was a bit under medium rare as ordered. Service was excellent! Couple next to us was clearly intoxicated. They were making out and the guy was putting his hand down the back of the girls pants. NOT DISCRETELY. Manager came and cut them off. Turns out they only ordered one beer each but came in intoxicated. I was VERY impressed with how everyone handled what could have been a bad scene.

Spent $135 on a to go order. Steak and shrimp, food was cold and steak was ordered med well, but steak was char broiled and so tuff you couldn't cut it. Ordered at san angelo tx.also no garl8c butter with the shrimp. Very disappointed, usually pretty good
