Turned away for absolutely no reason at the bar by a silly blonde lady. Lost me and my partners business. The Buffalo Wild Wings bar happily served us and saw no red flags with our very valid ID’s. Environment was trash, the silly bar waitress trash, tried to ask for another form of ID like who Carrie’s 2 valid forms of ID to a bar when they are 21+. NOBODY GOOFY.

What a great time!!! We celebrated my birthday there just a couple nights ago and everything was perfect!! Whoever cooked our food did a fantastic job, everything was delicious. Dana, Jade, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our night was amazing! We will definitely be going back for the karaoke, food, drinks and awesome service!

Atmosphere was great. Place was busy and people were having fun. Service sucked. Need more waitresses. The one bartender can’t pull the weight off everyone. Our food took over an hour to get. They comped it. The bacon was raw. Pretty sure the cooks name is Crystal methany. But they still tried to charge me for it and I had to throw a fit to get it taken off. After the owner said it would be on him along with a round of drinks. Lack of communication at this establishment between employees is an issue. It got too busy for the lack of waitresses. Even if you asked for a drink they forgot or took 40 minutes to get it to you. Will not be back nor will my coworkers. We went after work because it’s close to work. I’ll drive across town to city limits before going back to here. This is not the first incident either. We went another time and waited for over 15 minutes and no one ever came to get our order and then another time we stopped by after going to planet fitness at 8:30 and they’re already closed and lock the doors and I called and asked if they were open and whoever answered the phone said oh yes, we closed early. Very Piss poor service and establishment. You can’t expect to stay running if it’s gonna be ran like this.

They were not a lot of people and I was sitting at a table with roughly 6 to 8. I tipped very well with every purchase. It was obvious tthat the blonde with the glasses and the wavy hair. Had absolutely no interest in providing service. At one point when I got her attention I indicated without speaking across the bar I would like her to come over and take an order from my friend she looked at me and put her hands up in the air and went back to doing what she was doing. Which was not serving and then I heard her speaking at the bar to someone saying how rude I was.. I got up walked over to the bar and said I am not rude. I was just trying to get some service. I was not loud I did not make a scene. That was the worst experience I've ever had in that establishment. And you should give her job to somebody that actually wants to work in the service and by the way her name is Berry. I have purchased tickets for events in the past at tilted Mug. I won't be doing that anymore if she is going to be my server or bartender.
I've just recently moved to San Angelo for work. This is my favorite place to grab a quick happy hour. Jade has been fantastic.
