For a good year now this has been pretty much a run of the mill average WalMart. No real issues, just, a WalMart. However the mid-level staff has recently begun to act unbelievably rude. The other day I saw an employee named Niaya literally yell across the at a young woman with a service animal. Instead of walking up to the customer, as Niaya was not on a register or other work station, she instead embarrassed her. There are other, lesser, examples as well. The customer service skills of those at this store needs major overall improvement.

Not bad for a Walmart! I always preferred Target, but this Walmart is just as good as the Target here. Plus they have way more options in the grocery sections. Been here a few times to get stuff for the house and haven't had any complaints yet.

Went into the store to get a few things, look by the kitchen department to look at a blender been there before about three months ago the blender was on sale for $15 it was not in stock went by there again today the blender was on display still not in stock located finally someone that work there and asked him about the blender told them that I was here I'm here a lot but I was here three months ago and looked at the blender and today it was still not in stock why if you're not going to put it back in stock take it off the shelf and only put it online. Chase down three other employees to ask about do you work in this department do you work in this department do you work in this department set up does anyone work in that department. Apparently not said to myself I'm not hunting down 100 people for this department screw it I don't need the freaking blender that bad. Walmart put people in their departments where customers can find them also make sure that I can speak other languages I cannot understand them and they cannot understand me. I can shop at target or any other store just as well.

My husband had a $50 gift card stolen by the san angelo store on Sherwood. Bought and paid for but not put in the bag. Called them same day and manager confirmed it was there. My husband has been standing there for 45 minutes tonight with receipt in hand and now they know nothing of it. He even has date and time he called them to report it. He can't even get the District managers name to try and get the card. A retail chain stealing from a customer at Christmas is unheard of
