Figured we would stop by on our way home and pick up some delicious Whataburger. What we got instead was, cold and dry burgers with hard buns and hard cheese.The only thing "fresh" on our burgers were the vegetables, I assume trying to cover up the fact that we were given patties that had not been served after being made "fresh". If this is the new "Whataburger" standard after the take over, then our money will no longer be spent at any Whataburger location.I would have returned the burgers but we live on the other side of town...

Poor customer service, garrett manager was so very rude !!! My whole order was messed up called was told by him the whole meal would be replaced, next day go back and he was being so rude as if I was an inconvenience or were annoying him brought my food handed it walked away I didn’t think nothing of it then I ask because I was told it was meals do the drinks get replaced if not I’ll pay for them bc I was just handed a bag (assuming the meals) not one word !! So I ask another worker … get home with the food it wasn’t even the meal! at that it was wrong again ! .. so I called back and explained that I was explained it would be meals .. by him .. he then tells me SARCASTICALLY “ well you didn’t say anything was wrong with the fry’s so..” and I’m still nice at this point I said well I just thought bc I was explained other wise plus the inconvenience of having to go back from my order being messed up “ then he said “ come pick up some fry’s or whatever I don’t care what you do “ I then say we’ll I just bring the food back and get a refund this is ridiculous he said okay that’s fine so I get there and I’m speaking with another worker about the situation she tells me he’s busy and it’ll be just a minute okay I run to the restroom when I come back he lays the money in the counter without a single word at all .
They don't pay attention to your order not like it used to be any more nope now you just wait for ever to get cold soggy subpar food drinks taste awful no longer a fan of this place last time I'll ever eat @this joint.
Absolutely poor service, entire order wrong, wait was excessive. The manager had a poor attitude. I thought we were going to get in a fist fight in the drive-through line.I would not recommend this facility to anyone. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant.I've been a long-time whataburger fan that ended today.All of your facilities have gone downhill since the buy-out.Today is the last time I will ever go to whataburger. Yall suck!
