Arrived 1 hour prior to closing on Sunday last week. Not sure if the A/C was not working or was turned off early prior to closing but it was HOT in the building. So hot in fact that we changed our order from dine in to take out. There was NO air movement. The employees were friendly and efficient - so no fault to them. Poor guys - they looked hot too. In 100+ degree weather, A/C needs to be functioning at 100% or your business should close until it is. Pizza (that I ate at home) was tasty but that was overshadowed by such a bad experience.

Rude Employees! My girlfriend asked questions about their menu choices and they responded in a smart-aleck way that made her feel belittled. It got so awkward that the employees walked away from us as we debated to even order food. She gathered herself while I finished the order. Very immature. I leave great reviews on Google but if don’t say something now, someone is going to get hurt by the words of these employees.Descriptions of them:One employee was a bald guy and the other was a young blonde guy.

The pizza was great! Had great service from both Charlie and Max. My only draw back was a manager who yelled very aggressively at his employees in front of me (I believe his name may have been Jonathan-he was the bald manager). It was just a very degrading way to talk to/yell at employees, especially in front of customers. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my experience.

I picked up pizzas from here based on google reviews. This is a good place if you are hungry, but if you are craving delicious pizza or on a budget, not so much.PIZZA: The flavor of the pizzas was a solid B. The margherita was good, but the pepperoni and a make-your-own that resembles supreme were bland. The pizza size was smaller than I expected. For reference, their 16" pizzas are for no more than 2 adults or 3 small kids, all with mild-medium appetites.SERVICE: I wanted to save time by calling ahead but they are unable to take credit card payments over the phone. As a courtesy, they prepared the dough with the toppings ahead of time, but waited until I arrived to put them in the oven. This was a small inconvenience for me, but keep that in mind if you are pressed for time. The staff was friendly and did not rush me over the phone and was friendly when I arrived. There was some commotion (someone kept repeating "what did you do?"), which worried me that my pizzas needed to be remade. Maybe those discussions can be kept at lower volume when you have customers sitting right in front.

Little dark inside in my opinion but other than that the staff was friendly. The food was great. The beer was nice, especially just waiting for a Togo order, but even when I was waiting the staff kept helpin out, definitely give that guy in the cowboy hat a raise. Comin back for sure.

Kinda shady! Been eating here for a while. They had a promotion when we ate there on their birthday that gave us one free pizza every month for a year. This month we actually looked at the receipt and my coworker got one topping which should be $1 but instead was charged $2. I got two additional toppings and was charged $4 (and I didn't get my receipt). I feel this was due to us not putting a tip. I know it's not a big deal, but when you ask how much the toppings are and you get charged something else, it makes me feel like something fishy was going on. Makes me think twice about coming back.

I've been here a couple of times now. Pizza is definitely good. Last time I went, service was very slow but it did not look to be their fault as it looked like they got slammed by a huge online order before I arrived. They gave two free desserts due to the wait which was very nice. The only gripe I have is that the workers should be more vocal or it should be more obvious that you have to make your order at the register instead of going down the line like Chipotle/Freebirds. My two visits were almost two years apart and both times, I stood at the "beginning" of the line for a long time only to figure out on my own that I had to go to the register. I'd be happy to raise my review to 5 if the next time I go, there is better placed signage or the workers directing people to the register

I’ve had better pizza from my nieces easy bake oven… just no care at all went into making it. Under cooked and cut. Barely any cheese. Just

2 stars for the food, it was ok. However, the staff with the exception of the cashier, was unprofessional, rude and childish. We walk in and being our first time there wasn’t sure how the set up was. We proceeded to the designated line area and the boys making pizzas were laughing uncontrollably and snickering like children as though I was dressed like a clown or something. Nobody asked us if we needed anything or pointed us to the correct line. Just stood there laughing. So we finally made our way to the register to give our order where I expressed to the cashier that I thought it was a very odd environment, he apologized and told us, that if we needed anything to let him know. It was very suspicious that the same 4 boys that were laughing also kept frequenting the men’s room, I am assuming they were doing something they shouldn’t. I personally will never return to this establishment. Just not my vibe.

We've been to 1000 Degrees a few times, mostly because of the rewards. They have fantastic rewards! We've had wings and pizza each time and each time, regardless of order, the wings and pizza have been tasty. We have also had the salads and they were fresh and tasty.Normally, when we visit, we sit on the patio as the area is very treed so you aren't burning up under the sun and heat.I'm not sure if pets are allowed. Yes, I just mentioned a patio, but you would have to walk around to Papoulis yo get to the patio. We haven't asked if we could trapse the dog through the restaurant to get to the patio clear at the back of the restaurant, and we wouldn't simply because of that. So... if you need to bring your furry, be prepared to walk a bit to get to the patio area.Service has been good each time we've come in. They do always seem to be training someone to run the register, though. We are a little surprised that 1000 Degrees isn't busier. Great rewards, great food, good service, fair prices. We would probably go more often if we loved closer.

First and last time coming here. My daughter and I ordered side salads with three toppings. Well, we only got toppings. Wilted spinach and brown, soggy broccoli that had a horrendous stench. I sent it back and told the waiter it was missing the salad. He did offer to "fix" it, but I told him to just take it. He later brought my pizza out and OMG it literally looked like a red onion pizza. I'm sure I ordered other toppings, but I couldn't see with all the onions. I was so disgusted by the smell of the onion, I boxed it up right away and didn't get a picture. Other than that, the place was very clean. And empty, maybe that should have been a sign
