Salsa & tortillas were delicious. I got the Avocado enchiladas with chicken & it was good, but the sides are terrible. Rice was undercooked & the black bean smelled & tasted gross. My husband had the beef fajita plate & only liked the tacos. Refried Beans had no flavor. Our service was alright. If I return, I'll try something without sides. It was a overpriced for what it was.

Ate avocado enchiladas with black beans and rice. First time trying this dish. Beans were delicious, rice okay, enchiladas were great with chicken added. Flour tortillas were excellent as always and the thin chips and red salsa too!

As we were seated the waiter placed a bowl of chips no salsa. Had to ask for salsa. It's been a long time since I've been here maybe 20 years. Back then this was good food. NOT now! I don't think they have any real cooks in the kitchen. The rice obviously comes from a precooked steam bag like Uncle Ben's. The enchilada sauce looked like they started with a jar of Ragu and added meat and seasonings. Now for the Chili Relleno. Just because you have most of the ingredients on the plate doesn't make it one. A chichen fried pepper that has ground beef on tome and a dash of tomato sauce and queso souse is not a Chile Relleno. How does a place get so far away from their origins.

Good evening,I ordered the Quesadilla beef it was cold but the flavor was good.I then ordered two cheese cakes to go. Strawberry highly disappointed no actual Strawberries was on it. My chocolate cheesecake was over loaded with everything way too much.

I love Alamo Cafe, both locations however the last 4 times I have been here the food has been cold. Cold stale chips, cold tortillas, cold plates, cold food. We specifically asked for our food to be extra hot this time, had to ask for different tortillas and one of our meals was still cold. Service is always wonderful, taste of food is consistent and good.

We went for a presentation. There were only 3 of us and the waitress was very slow coming to get our order. The food was better than expected.

It was alright for average Mexican food. It's always busy, though, and I saw a bunch of families and business professionals, so I think it's probably a great meeting place. We sat at the bar and had plenty of seating to choose from there.

Went for lunch with coworkers. We were there for a hour waiting for our food.Once it came out, it was over cooked, the portions were very small and the atmosphere was greasy. The menus had food on them too.Not a good experience.
