This truck is the perfect combination because I am Filipino and my husband is Puerto Rican. So when we saw this truck, we knew immediately we needed to go. We ordered pinchos Mofongo and chicken Chicharrón, and all of it was so good! We were both really impressed with the fusion. We weren't sure how it was going to work but we definitely loved it!

Dinner Time!Food:We ordered Lechon Kawali with Pancit, Chicken BBQ and Inasal na Manok. I have so much to tell about this food truck but it all sum up to "SOBRANG SARAP"Lechon Kawali with Pancit - If you like crunchy tasty belly pork and get a taste a different variety of Philippine pancit you should try this menu. We wish the Lechon Kawali have a dip but it was still flavorful. Their pancit is the best one I had in San Antonio, made me feel am back in the Philippines.Chicken BBQ - what can I say this was again closest to the Philippine chicken bbq very unlike with the others I had.Inasal na Manok with Rice - I can just eat the rice alone because of how much tasty it is but I need protein. I like how much I can taste the charcoal in my chicken and juicy it is from the inside.Staff: Accommodating and helpful. It was supposed their closing time but we appeared and served us still and then few more customers come and I think they opted to extend. It was really nice experience to see even they are tired they are willing to extend to fill our stomach.

Awesome food. Super tasty, flavoring on point and meat comes out super soft ? it’s in a nice area where there’s other food and beverage’s available even entertainment too. This has to be your first stop tho. The two gentlemen were very nice, check them out!!

The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I now have a new favorite place to get alcapurias to satisfy my need for my comfort food! They were so nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the alcapurias, lechon, and ribs. Super soft meat and incredible flavor.

Tried them over at the SA Streetfare and the food is excellent. Great flavor, good portions and super nice service! Loved the lumpua and sticky ribs....would definitely eat again.

I tried the inasal na manok, with no expectations going in, and it was SO DELICIOUS. I can’t recommend it enough!

I visited this truck at the Street Fare SA food truck park. I had the lumpia and the pancit. Both were delicious except the pancit had pork belly served on top and I did not care for the flavor. Next time I'll just get the pancit.

We got a chance to try their food in Austin and amazing flavors!! The menu does a great and clever job incorporating both Filipino and Puerto Rican flavors into their dishes. You can tell based on the ingredients and preparation the dishes are well thought out. I'm typically a little nervous when trying fusion cuisine as I sometimes miss the traditional flavors I'm used to, but they do really fantastic job not losing the authentic flavors. A great success of combining two cultures. Shout out to the lumpia, adobao , tita's alcapuria, yuly's adobong baboy, I love mafongo with lechon kawali which were highlights in our meal. Highly recommended!
