Burger and dog selection was good. Burgers were tasty and the tots spiced just right. Veteran discount is honored which is really nice. Great little place, when I am out this way, will definitely be stopping in.

Found a little gem in La Vernia, Texas. This place is the best. I'm telling you. You have to co me here and get a burger. They also have one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I have had in a long time. The French fries were cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of salt. Several burger choices. There are too many to write about. From the look at the orders being served I will back to try other options.

The restaurant is clean, bright, and has plenty of tables. I received excellent customer service. I ordered the Buckhorn grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. My son got the cheeseburger with fries. This was our first time here and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. It was made to order, not greasy at all, and very flavorful. Definitely recommend.

my opinion was, I thought Buffalo Joe had better hamburgers. It would've been nice to have a little more coziness sitting down and someone to take the order not order up à la cart. but to each their own! i personally like to go to a place and be served I can serve myself at my home and pick up my plate just fine. There's a reason why we go out. It's to feel like we don't need to do anything having a cozy, setting, some good music and good company. Great food is what we look for, I found a lot of places don't have that those are the things I do look for; good service, and friendly face is also why a tip is earned! from my experience
