Great food and the owner was a great story teller! He sure has lived a wild life but has a lot of wisdom from it. I ordered the beef shoulder and chicken plate. It was $25 but once I had a taste of the food, I forgot about the price! Everything has a fresh taste!

Who came to Texas and not get bbq. I would have to say this place is not glamorous, it would not be a good place to take your wife or gf on a date, but hell I would say the owner of this place is most down to earth individual you will ever meet and now you want to know how was the food, the food was great for being a hole in the middle of no where bbq. I would come back and eat here again.

We were visiting from out of town and were dropped off by the Uber. Website stated they opened at 11 and we got there at 1130. Gray haired gentleman came out and rudely told us he wasn’t ready to open until 12. We were willing to wait but because of his rudeness we preferred walking 2 miles to another restaurant. Food might be good but didn’t get a chance to try it since we had to leave. Not sure how he got 5 stars.

Pat's a pretty cool guy and he makes great food. Definitely the best barbeque in the area. Nice to have this place down the street from me.

Worst. Bar. Ever. The bartenders were dumb as a box of rocks. Screwed up everyone's orders and blamed it on us. Up sold is big beers when we didn't ask for them because they were "understaffed". They sold us "doubles" but doubtful there was any alcohol in them. Went back and complained, they added more "alcohol", but I'm sure they water down their liquor. Did I mention the bartenders were idiot jerks?
