Brought my vision to life! Seriously I gave a vague drawing but explained what I was trying to achieve and they got it exactly. There are a lot of ‘creative bakers’ out there but when you need the BEST and total reliability you should use Betty Jane’s. Already ordered another cake before even walking out with this one if that tells you anything. And their shop is adorable and they do everything, not just bridal.

I cannot recommend this bakery at all. They completely dropped the ball on a cake that was ordered a week prior to an event. The Cake was ordered on Saturday 3/23 to be picked up on 3/30. It was a simple cake 1/4 sheet nothing super fancy, I Spoke with Amanda and baker. Explained this was a birthday cake for my boss. They drew out the cake, told me when to come pick up everything was set except for some final wording that needed to go on cake I was going to email that info. They never asked me for a deposit or to pay which I gladly would have done.They never gave me a deadline to finalize order AND they never gave a courtesy call to confirm details of cake. Had I not emailed on Wednesday checking in I would not have known that they were not making this cake! They said they couldn’t make it. I was now in a pickle trying to figure out what to do! What absolute horrible customer service!!! If you have an event I would think twice before trusting them to make a cake for you! I just will not be recommending this place to anyone! Luckily it’s just cake and I was able to find another lovely place to accommodate this request!

I use this business once a year to help make the best of my wife’s birthday party. Every year it is more outstanding than the next. I come in with a design possibility, and they find a way to make it work. Any color, any style and as large as you want it. Everyone who comes to our parties, are amazed, that how good the cakes look, and how good they taste. I highly recommend this place!

I called them 6 days before my daughter’s birthday after another baker canceled my order . They accepted and did amazing shop with my cake for spa party for kids. It required lots of details , they mastered it and the taste was great. Thank you so much ?

It was our first time ordering a bday cake from them and cup cakes for our child bday and it was delicious and yummy and it was not too sweet, icing was perfect and everything was perfect…. The flavors were delicious. This will be our go to place for all the cakes from here forward… customer service was amazing.. highly recommend this place… the cake and cup cakes were so delicious that you would just want to keep eating it.

This is my go to place for cakes. They have always done such a wonderful job executing exactly what I want. The suggestions of flavor combos are always perfect. I just can't say enough praise about this place. I orders my second cake for my daughter's birthday & I have to say it was the BEST cake I have ever had in my life. The strawberry cake with custard & strawberry filling, the buttercream icing is heavenly & the design was beautiful.

I Love this place! I ordered my wedding cake and grooms cake from here and let me tell you the number of compliments we got for taste and look! A year later I ordered the grooms cake in a mini version for our anniversary and it was spot on! I got a triple chocolate this year for my bday & it' was delicious! The ambiance is cute and service is always great!

We absolutely love this bakery and have found our go-to for all holiday pies and celebration cake needs. The ladies that run this bakery are so sweet and have always been super accommodating to all our requests. Their design skills are unparalleled, the type of skill you see on those tv shows. For our son’s first birthday they made an exact replica of his favorite toy and it was absolutely adorable! And everything tastes so good! Their pies are the best we have found in San Antonio in years and we are just blown away by how good everything we have ordered has been. So excited we found this spot and would highly recommend to anyone looking for birthday, wedding, gender reveal speciality cakes and holiday pies or really any reason you might need a cake or pie!
