Ordered food online and received notification it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived they never actually put the order in and instructed me I would be at the back of the line for the orders. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The food was avg but not cooked to order. The fries and sweet potato fries were cold and the onion rings were not only cold as well but felt powdery to touch. It does have a large patio to eat outside while still be able to watch your kids run around. It has a large courtyard for kids to play in (run or bring your own ball). The staff interactions were fine to less than desired. With much better tasting options, we probably won’t be returning of our own volition.

Love going to any Bigz, great food, awesome staff. Love their chips and sauce. My favorite thing I'd drawing on the paper with my husband. We can't draw, but I love doing anyhow. I bring my bee and take pics of her at some places!

Wow this place really knows how to make a hamburguesa ?
Burger was delicious. I thought it was creative to add a tostada, pico, and refried beens. I loved it! Fries were okay. Deserts could definitely be better. I was disappointed in the banana pudding. The presentation was beautiful but pudding was too thick and not sweet enough and cookies were too hard also not one single banana was in there.Kid-friendliness: Nice turf area for kids to bring balls and play. It was perfect for our soccer's team lunch date.

The food was great and a good portion for the prices. They do military discount so that makes it even better. The line did take a while to go down so more cashiers would have been better. But the amount of people you can bring and the field for the kids run around, it makes a great place to eat out with family or a place to go after chruch.
