Think twice before ordering online with this store, and if you do, check the bag for your items. We got online and ordered a smoked chicken along with green beans and fries. We drove to the store picked it up, but made the mistake of not looking in the bag. When we go home, there were no fries. I called the store and asked if we could take the $7.00 off of the charge since we didn't get them. We were told that since the order was placed online and DoorDash sponsored the site, they can't do anything about it. I replied that they were the ones putting the food in the bag and taped the receipt on the bag with the items in the bag. The store was not busy either, so that isn't an excuse. Very disappointed with Bill Miller's.

I know Bill Millers is considered fast food BBQ but their prices are always creeping up. Quality and portions remain the same. I spent over $20 only for them to get my order wrong twice in the same order. Turns out they got it wrong three times, yip. I came home only to realize they forgot the BBQ sauce on the side with my initial order. That is THREE items missing. I should have gone inside and prepared my order myself. I guess I should verify and dismantle everything in the bag at drive through from now on just to make sure everything is there. I can go to Chili's for two with that price and enjoy a good dining experience which I have no problem tipping for.Thank you Bill Millers for giving me an extra order but I'd rather it be done right the first time and maybe the second time. The second time was just as disappointing. How can you get one small order wrong three times? How can you be missing three things in one order even twice? I ain't going back to this location anymore.

I ordered extra sides and did not receive them. I completely understand the look before you leave concept but every being bagged up individually I trusted they would've put what I asked for 4x times . I was the only person in the drive thru as well too which isn't an excuse especially when there was two people at the window just standing there another could've checked my order. I definitely won't be going to this location again

My husband paid for a 1/2 chicken(not the meal)by itself and a slice of apple pie at the drive thru at 8:30 pm. The chicken was for me and I got home about 9pm. It was only a quarter chicken inside the bag. My husbands receipt said he was charged for half a chicken. It was too late to call the store to inform them.This isn’t the first time I am missing an item about this time of the night. One time I ordered one rancher plate of food and they didn’t put my 3rd side in there.
Food - I love their chicken, especially the wings. I finally tried something else this morning with Brisket Tacos. Excellent. I tried one with egg and the egg was a little overdone (but it was 12noon just after church) but I'll try earlier next time. Service - the manager took my order and staff brought it out. Very nice and customer-oriented service. Ambiance- it's just too busy to try and eat this kind of comfort food, in the car. I came in. The tables and setting is a little dated, but I enjoyed the relaxed time and even stayed a while to check up on current events. I like the restaurant, time for a rethinking of the interior and maybe adding some extended coffee drinks, this place is nice enough to spend a break or dinner with family.

I picked up a 3 piece chicken plate at Bill Millers to go. I like Bill Millers for their BBQ but was in the mood for fried chicken. The batter was crispy but oh so bland! I think they skipped salt in making it. The chicken itself was decent but I was so disappointed in the blah flavor I missed the chicken. I suppose I should have gone to a chicken restaurant in the first place...

Young girl, bell with glasses at the drive thru was so rude. Not sure why management has someone like her at the window giving the food. I don’t recommend this location at all food was old and workers are rude. Don’t waste your time there are other locations!
