This location is trash. Just take the extra 7 minutes and go to the one on thousand oaks. They never disappoint. Never been given old fries from ANY Bill millers though. Old ribs. This is a 1st.

So…I rolled up to the line at about 8:15pm last night, I figured I was close enough from closing time to not be too much of a burden on the staff, because that’s something I consider.I ordered two chicken plates (one tenders, and the other 3pc) both with macaroni and cheese for the sides…I rolled up to the window at 8:39pm, the service was good, no complaints there, however when I got home the macaroni and cheese in BOTH plates where half full like they were running out and “stretched it,” to fill the order.But the chicken y’all …smh y’all, I would have rathered the young man on the mic have told me they were out and I could have went somewhere else?? But no they opted to take my $22.00 and give me chicken that was ether “bottom of the basket,” or had been “sitting out,” for over an hour??In any case equals hard dried chicken, but the tenders were so bad I had to take a picture of the “3pc tender,” plate I got…Not sure if it was the time of day, or the location but I spoke to the chief and he said “this ain’t it.”

i’m just DoorDashing but this customer had a really large order and the second small one all they wanted was another cup of ranch and the manager argued with me about it not being included. ITS $1 Cup of ranch! That actually cost you about five cents. My main job is in in the service industry management. just give the person a cup of ranch. Absurd and terrible customer service. The manager isn’t really into problem-solving that or this policy is rediculously strict.Edit: canned basic response from management. It's going to cost you guys more than $1 that you lose giving away a cup of ranch because that person that ordered will spread bad word of mouth and so will I. Not only is that over priced. If someone places a large order they should certainly be granted small requests like that within reason. And the manager should know better than to cause this much trouble over a cup of ranch.

First time at this location and the girl at the window was so cheerful and kind. I received my food quickly and it was so delicious! Got a good cut of brisket cut lean. Will definitely be going back soon!
This location needs to start working on their accuracy. They’ve messed up two orders of mine in two days. No cheese on my tacos and no hot sauce after I asked for it. Of course you don’t realize this until you get home.

I quickly got reminded why i stayed away went on the drive thru ordered the 3 piece chicken get back opened the bag got odd ball piece of chicken looked like a nugget with a bone and no fries went back and the manger blamed edgar the chicken server got my meal replaced got some extra crispy pieces and dry chicken just another great day at bill millers

Update, drove up about 8:17 PM, I hear in an annoyed sounding voice, how can I help you, so I ask for the 10 piece family chicken order and they reply that will be about 15 minutes, I expect this from Chuches Chicken but have never had this issue here. Very disappointing for Bill Miller. Don't think I'll be coming back to this location anymore.

This Bill Miller's never can get your order right through the drive-thru or especially when you ordered DoorDash. Having a special needs child I can't go in or sometimes out of the house. It's very frustrating when he doesn't get the stuff I ordered for him.
