Order received through the drive thru is wrong more often than not. I guess if I order in the future, I should sit there and unwrap each item to correct the order. My family has been missing items or receiving the wrong order time and again. I'm not sure why there is always so many staff if the order still can't be correct. Disappointing.

I was really disappointed with this Bill Miller's at 1604 close to SATU. The staff was not attentive to the customersWe could not get lady running the register to provide all of the items for mealThey closed the serving line and directed customers to go to the pickup line. We usually eat at B/M at least once a week. Now we won't be going to this location ever again.
We always get Hi and Have a wonderful day from this young lady name Mrs.Pacheco. She has great customer service for us and if there is a problem she always takes care of it.

Bill Miller's continues to expand but their commitment to quality does not.Been to several locations around San Antonio since I travel for work and once again I've received a plate of just pure fat. Maybe 3-4 bites of actual meat.Not surprised though. Many companies become too big for their own good and they cut corners on quality. Oh well.
