I went to the drive-through to pick up an order. My food was ready by the time I got to the window. And hot fresh fries. Tea was delicious. Normally when I get it any other bill? It's it's water down, but this one was really good.

Went in at 8:15pm Tuesday 2/12 the girls faces and attitudes couldn't be more miserable. I don't think they like working at Bill Miller's they also took pleasure in giving us chicken sandwiches with pickles when I ordered 4 without. Your energy shows you hate working in fast food, maybe go to school to learn something more.
Customer service at 8pm at counter is non-existent. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches with NO Pickles. Guess what? 3 of them were no pickles and one was loaded with 8 pickle slices.I won't even bother calling to make a deal about it, because they will offer me another sandwich. Not worth the gas or time. Pay attention young people who work there. I work hard for my money to throw away a $5 chicken sandwich. I guess we have come to having to open up everything you order now to make sure it's correct. Darn shame!

Against my better judgment I decided to stop and pick up 2 slices of apple pie and at the last moment only because it was already late in the evening and I was driving in from out of town and was hungry, I decided to purchase a 2pc chicken w/ potato salad instead of fries and a side of ranch. Well, I get home and the chicken is ALL dried and beyond crispy ?( let's just say I didn't even bother eating it). I only ate the potato salad which was close to tasting like "mash potatoes "! Then when I looked at the apple pie, I would've been better off going to H-E-B for their version of a slice of apple pie!.Bill Miller's just sealed it for me..Do better for the people!. I may pay more when I go to B & N BBQ on Pleasanton Rd, but it's way better!
