Dont Uber eats from here. This place prioritizes their drive thru and will have you waiting 20+ minutes for your order. Lady was nice and I wasn't rude to her but she admitted to having drive thru as priority.

I will never understand people who complain about having to wait a few minutes to get a made-to-order coffee. Every time I’ve come here there’s only one person working. Whoever it is, they are taking orders, making orders, AND trying to maintain a conversation with the person at the window ALL AT THE SAME TIME. So ignore the Kendra’s of the world. This little coffee shop ROCKS.

Why do answer from the box although you don’t take orders? Pull up to the window while you wait forever! Pull up to the window and wait again. Everyone behind me is leaving! Unacceptable! If you can’t provide a service, why bother opening?????? You want a tip? Take orders at the box and don’t make customers wait!

I first tried Black Rock in Austin and was so excited to see they had a drive thru location in San Antonio/Shavano Park area. This is a drive thru/walk-in place so you can't sit and enjoy the coffee. I would recommend doing drive thru instead of walk-in because there's usually one person managing the location and it can take a while to get your order in. You can go sweet or classic and their food and pasty menu is great.

My wife and I decided to try Black Rock for the first time at the location on Huebner and NW Military after a doctors appointment for our little one. With it being a bit later on a weekday there was only one or two cars in line as we pulled up. After taking a look we ordered a Mexican Mocha and an Irish Creme coffee. The two ladies that were working were very nice and got our drinks out quickly. We both agreed that our drinks were very fresh and hot. Flavor wise they were both good, however the taste was a little muted and felt like it might have been a little light on the flavoring. Overall it was a good experience and we are definitely open to trying a few other drinks out with Black Rock. (Apologies for no picture but after the doctors appointment we needed that coffee as soon as possible!)
