Today I tried a new Fall flavor latte and a vegan toaster pastry. Both were very tasty. My wait in the drive thru was not too long and the service was friendly. I prefer their lattes over Starbucks. My only wish is that they stopped the surcharge on vegan milks.
Ok this is for my diabetic friends or you just want a low calorie drink this is the spot all flavors except 2 come sugar free and it’s really good ! Customer was excellent!!

First time here and was acknowledged right away and was told there would be a slight wait. It wasn’t a long wait based on the busy drive thru and everyone was pitching in to get the orders out. Nice clean atmosphere with plenty of seating. Food options are minimal; lots of good drink options and great service made the difference.

I normally wouldn't go out of my way to leave a review, let alone one that tones as negative, but I can't help but detail my experience trying this place out for the first time.as an ex-barista of a drive thru small-owned coffee joint myself, I'd like to say I have a decent understanding and respect for the hustle and what it takes to provide quality service. Unfortunately, yesterday July 1st at about 6PM, I had a difficult time with the working employee. I made a request for my cold brew or americano to be blended with ice. Might I add I realize this is a ridiculous request I've loathed every time someone ordered something of this nature before. But to put it simply, I had my own reasons and I knew the coffee/espresso would separate with the ice. The current barista insisted it was "against company policy to serve something that would taste bad" when I knew for a fact it wouldn't affect taste, texture sure, it's literally just blending liquid and ice. And despite my efforts she insisted she physically was unable to do it. I realize this is an unorthodox, borderline annoying request and I've been there myself. What I would have liked to see is better effort on her part to offer the proper education/awareness as to why rather than it being from an excuse of "tasting bad" as if I wouldn't know better. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a busy afternoon and she's had a rough day or was working alone. I get it, but nonetheless it left a sour taste enough for me to not want to return, atleast not at this location. Additionally I asked for stevias on the side and she slapped on 2 Splendas. Hoping more effective training is instilled on how to differentiate sugar alternatives!
