This is a little hidden gem. Normally I pass up BK but I have eaten lunch and dinner here over the last couple weeks and both times it has been excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very clean, including the bathrooms. The only thing keeping me from giving this five stars is the location. It is a nightmare to try and get out of here if I am going the opposite direction of traffic as there is no access to the light.Parking: Next to a traffic light, but no direct access to the light. Nightmare to get out of unless you are already headed up that direction on Tezel.

Burger King in Tezel Rd. I ate my full meal and my last bite I began to wrestle with something in my mouth. It turned out to be a 4 inch long synthetic weave strand of hair intermingled with my onion rings. After I unraveled this from between my teeth and after throwing up outside of my car from total disgust, I took a picture and went back to the Burger King. It just so happens that Carmen the general manager has the same hair type and color that was in my food. I also have a video of them admitting they messed up and apologized but this nasty worker thought it was a good idea to taunt and aggravate me and it was their fault. I didn’t want a refund I wanted an apology but Carmen messed that all up! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE IT WILL GET YOU SICK!

Tried this place more than twice and always the same issue. Customer service is always good. They are always nice but the food is awful. Always taste like its old or sitting out for a while. Fries are cold and even new chicken wrap tasted horrible. I never say anything because im thinking its an odd or off time or inbetween shifts.. But this last time confirms the food is awful and not getting better.
