Ordered via app, waited in the drive through line for half an hour, was told to pull up and wait. Waited another 20 minutes, knocked on the door and was told to wait another 20 minutes or cancel the order. I choose to cancel. 2 days later, the order had not even been refunded had to file a complaint with the bank.Order# 40 04/09/24

This Burger King is one of the filthiest places to come and eat. I literally have to clean the fountain area or the tables and get this. On one of my visits I asked to have tables clean and I told her just give me the towel and manager had no problem giving it to me cus I was done waiting to have a clean table. The Atmosphere it’s a one star. ⭐️ it’s always feels unclean air. Food I uses to work at a Burger King in Minnesota and it was very tasty. Fresh. Mine was luck warm so it was already made. And was left to long in the container after it’s cooked .it’s supposed to be microwaved a few seconds and it wasn’t. The cashier I gave her a 4 not to the service of food it was not good fries ? we’re old they don’t even have the heat lamp on since 2 yrs ago it’s still broke. Are they that cheap can’t go to home depot and buy one. So the service is for the young girl that took my order was very polite and friendly. Other than that this place is a dump! She shud work elsewhere. Also on one of our visits a year ago one of the workers was grabbing fries with his hands and dipping in ketchup. I did call the manager and told her he is literally putting his hands and picking thru fries I do t want those. This is family owned . And they are doing nothing to clean this dump up. Why I go here this was my last time. I’d thought they would have redeemed themselves. And it’s still the same go somewhere else. Vance Jackson/ de Zavala. My husband just sent me photos of the urinals the caulking look more like icing like a three year-old did the job. The owner must’ve done it to save money.???? this place is a dump.

Very bad service for weeks now. Understaffed is an under statement. Told to wait at drive thru speaker until they told me to pull up. Sat there for 15 minutes and was never told to drive up to the window. I finally gave up and left. Stay away. Stay far, far, far away from this Burger King unless you want to waste your life. Owner, DM, and manager should be ashamed. what a $hithole. Staff your dam Burger King!

Only come to this location if you have no plans for the rest of the day. Service is basically non-existent. Today I got an Uber order and they didn't include the fries I paid for, or the sauce which were supposed to come with my chicken fries which tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. The one other time I've been there, I waited at the payment window for a full five minutes before anyone even passed by the window. Just shut this location down.

This location is awful!! Ordered 5 items and all were Wrong! Drove 5 miles home to find out they were all wrong! Drove back upset another 5 miles and they still didn’t get it right! Will not go back to this location again!!

Was passing by and noticed 2 cars in the drive thru so I stopped thinking it was going to be a quick drive thru visit but NOPE, ended up taking over 25 minutes and when I pulled up to pick up my order, employee looks at me like she didn't know why I was there then proceeded to ask for my receipt, then miraculously found my order and handed me COLD food.... Stay Away!
