So we have not been to Burger King in quite a while.We stopped in the one on Culebra just west of 1604.We ordered our food and sat down after getting our drinks and condiments.Shortly after, our order was ready.It was a nice surprise to get a burger that someone took their time making rather than getting one that was just thrown together like so many other places.All in all, it was a great lunch and we will be back.

Thank You for Reminding Me why We shouldn't Eat Here! Its been Years since I had a Whopper, so I wanted one! MOLD ON THE BURGER BUNS MUST BE THE NEW FLAVOR COMBO! DISGUSTING... ?? Then they act like You grew it on there Yourself! Lol... I just got ROBBED! So they give You rotten food then are Super Rude when You ask them to fix it... Ugh, Why it this Place still Open? The female manager today was unkind to her staff and to the customers picking up door dash. I would've quit on the spot if she was my boss there'd be no way I'd let someone yell at me like that especially in front of customers. It was very disrespectful and she needs to be aware of her position and not use it as a threat to people.

Food is always cold and now to put a new twist on it I ordered the two for five for getting received two sausage like Patty biscuits and there was any meat than me is so small it's in the shape and smaller than the palm of your hand and the also further insult by to injury by having the nerve to put burn marks. so they must be in the kitchen working on a tiny stove and flipping tiny little grill marks. With a Barbie size spatula to flip over the patties it is a rip off and the food is gone smaller and it is not worth the prices you can literally not make your own hamburger just go get cheap meat from the Dollar tree and then you just put my pickle and a shred slither of the tomato. The food is mico sized not a even hungry mouse can get full

This is my local Burger King. I visited it during normal business hours and they had the doors locked for the lobby. Having everybody go through drive through to make their orders. Took over an hour and a 1/2 to get my order. I asked the manager why is the lobby doors closed or locked. She told me so they can sanitize the lobby at 11:30 AM in the morning.Literally during lunch... With no signs indicating that they were going to be doing that prior to visit. With no signs on the doors.Letting Customers know that they're lobby wouldn't be open today.

Just went with my two kids and i had the worst experiance of my life . Night manager was looking at us on line saying nothing for 25 minutes no one else inside and 1 car outside . Horrible she was so nasty and all workers in back playing games they look high .Just don't do a job if have zero work experiance . Blows my mind dont eat there is dirty and nasty

Waited 35 minutes in driveway pulled up to the last window and she took another order from inside and told me to wait longer because it still wasn't done. I drove off finally without food and didn't even care ... Really 35 minutes after I had already ordered

The food here is great, the problem is you have to wait almost an hour to get it. It doesn't matter if you're coming when its busy or when it's slow, or if there's no one in the store you're going to wait an absorbent amount of time for your food, even if there's multiple people working and you're constantly going to hear sorry for the wait.The wait staff is incredibly nice and friendly but it's absolutely insane that even after a year they still can't get your food out in under 20 to 30 minutes when it's slow, and upwards of 45 minutes with a handful of people in the lobby. They will constantly take care of the drive-thru in front of people in the store even if their orders are behind them. They make each order of fries per customer order. They don't drop a large amount of fries so there are plenty ready and cook a lot of meat so there are plenty ready. They drop fries individually per order so you have to sit there and wait for every single person to finish before yours is ready. I know what you're thinking, this makes it fresher. Fast food doesn't work like that. You drop baskets of fries so that you have lots ready, you drop multiple meat patties so multiple are ready within the hour.Then they will come to the lobby and ask you for your receipt to see what your order number is since they forgot and passed you up, and rush back to the kitchen to try to figure out why your order isn't out. Then, when your food is prepared, they'll yell "order up" but not the number, so no one knows who they're calling. If you ask for dine-in they'll give it to you in a to go bag because they either forgot it's dine in, or they are hoping customers take it and leave I assume.This entire restaurant chain needs new upper management to train lower management to train location staff on how to take care of customers, to clean their restaurants, and prepare food in a timely manner. This is not only this location that has this issue. This is just the closest location to my house, but they all seem to be this similar post 2020.

So I went thru the drive thru at this dump. I ordered my food after waiting about 5 minutes of silence. I finally get up to the window (two cars ahead of me) the girl at the window was about as friendly as a pit viper. I asked if I could have a cup of water. This girl tried charging me 1.79 for a damn cup of water. I told her they’ve never charged me for water before. Her response was different shift different manager. WHAT??!!?? Then when I FINALLY got my food (chicken fries, that was all I ordered) THEY WERE BARELY WARM!!!! This location SUCKS
