The manager is terrible with her horrible attitude. Placed my order. She says she’s out of items from the menu but still charges me. Hands me my stuff I notice items are missing and as soon as I turn around she already has attitude. She says if your missing items it’s because we are out! I’m like well then don’t charge me you incompetent slob. I hope your upper management ready this and fires this manager.

Not enough people working drive-thru, waited and waited finally went in. One person taking orders had attitude, for was not hot and fries not salted. This Burger King just keeps getting worse.

I called in my order 20 minutes before I left to go pick it up and I still waited an additional 15-20 minutes after I arrived. Very slow employees and the place was also dirty ( trash on the floor near the trash cans behind the counter) ??

Just to anyone wanting to make a mobile order here, don't. You can no longer pick up mobile orders through the drive thru. Said it was company policy. You have to come inside. For what reason? Doesn't make sense.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. When I arrived at drive thru, there was no gretting whatsoever until the cashier. said," What would like to order? I gave her my request to order thr Shroom and Swiss Combo....then dead silence....Until shr responded....Are you going to give me your drink or not?!! I requested a sweet tea only to be told in a less than polite manner, that they were out of tea. Then when I arrived at the window. I attended to pay with a gift card only to be told they don't accept gift cards ....it was a BK gift card! Then when she handed me my order , there was a swift movement to get me out of the line. With no thank you or anything. Mt Burger was cold and thr bread was not toasted. The cold onion rings were mixed with cold fries....I have a gift card, but it mat as well be trash because I will never visit a BK restaurant again. BK has lost its commitment to good service.

Had to wait 30 minutes for 2 big fish sandwiches. There was only 2 employees there. I wanted 3 fish sandwiches. The fish I got them home and the fish tasted old like they were frost bitten before they cooked it. 1 employee was over working making sandwiches and the other was just taking orders. They need to seriously hire more people.. If people are calling in then the GM and the assistant manager should have been there.

Burger King, is okay.I just don't like how it's operated.Sometimes,they don't have items that they should have or have removed no longer there.Some of the team members are not professional, I can understand, that these are the kind that are miserable in their employment and cannot progress in life.Thats the reason they work there.

First time going here. Literally out of all chicken. Also out of root beer. Other sodas tasted like they were out too. How you gonna be a fast food advertising chicken wraps and have no freaking chicken. Won’t be going back here again. Save your time and go somewhere else. There’s a reason they only got 2 stars on
