Absolutely horrible, I came here on my lunch and went through the drive through and it took my whole lunch just sitting in line waiting to get my food. There was no one else in line other than me I had to pull out of the drive through and go inside to get my food. Absolutely horrible service and will not be returning again.

Went into this place yesterday to pick up lunch. A man was working the counter while he was talking to someone out in the dining area. He gave me the wrong order. I went back and told him. He got mad because he handed out two wrong orders. I waited for them to fix and replace the order. Instead, he went to hide in the back and sent a lady to come tell me there was nothing they could do about it. Terrible service! Not going back! ?

Their outside speaker doesn't work well, store owner is a cheapskate. The woman who works here all the time often runs the store on her own provides great service. She is super nice and super professional. Great service by staff here. Although the store owner clearly is a cheapskate, the food here is good and the staff make up for how run down this location is

I don't know what's the hate about this place but for my experience it's been great.I have been coming here for lunch. The best thing about this burger king is that it is clean and the food always comes out fresh.The Guy with the tattoos is pretty cool. He makes you feel like you're talking to an old friend.
When we received our order, we noticed that the buns and burgers were cold and I took them to ask for them to be warmed. Not a good way to enjoy your meal.
Their is a wait at this location , but the customer service is great.

Placed online order and the lady didn't ask to specify which person it was and had me wait another 10 minutes saying my order is just starting. Didn't receive my drinks and they gave me the wrong online order. I told her it was wrong and her response was " I wasn't told which one it was " and made me wait even longer because they had to remake me online order

The old hag that’s in charge is so rude she needs to be fired I guess she thinks she’s the queen bee I had a coupon and the guy with the tattoos at the register was super cool and nice and told his manager that I had a coupon and she was so rude she basically said I need to tell them at the speaker like hello how the heck am I supposed to know that and the guy with the tattoos was very apologetic I’d give him 5 stars he needs a promotion but the old witch needs to get fired or demoted

Decided to try this location over the one further west from here. The difference was night and day. I was beginning to lose faith in Burger King. I placed an online order. I arrived and pulled up to the speaker. The employee that greeted me right away was pleasant. He located my order and had me pull forward. When I arrived at the window, he confirmed my order again, checked the bag and confirmed it was correct. I got the food and off I went. The Whopper was hot, fresh and not a mess or missing anything. The fries were warm and crispy. I will definitely use this location again in the future.

My buddy "Les" sprang for lunch today (dinner for him and the wife). Impossible Burgers. Great taste, and I am off redmeat anyway. Tasty, and a great "food memory" too. Drive thru service was over and above.Hazzah B.K.Vegetarian options: Impossible Burgers seem to foot the bill, except maybe the bun.
