I'm always a good fan of BK however they didn't put cheese on my whopper, forgot a rodeo burger and an order of onion rings. on top of that the burger meat was hard like it had been sitting for hours!! highly dissatisfied

Rare to find this place open even during their normal hours of operation. It's very slow service and it's very under staffed. They are located on base and they know that they have a steady stream of military students that have no other options and the store makes sure the students know they are being robbed.

Extremely understaffed. I feel bad for this business, they gotta step it up with marketing, one guy is on the cook line. It's 6:30 PM FRI night, place is flooded with customers. At this rate it'll take a while for people to get their food

They read off the receipts, and they didn't check if I had all the item in the bag. I had three item missing when I got home a hamburger, chicken nuggets, and a double meat burger plus fry's. They burn me big times. What do you expect their kids they don't know any thing. I know I'm never going there again.
