This place looks like if its not under production because of the way it looks from the outside and its surroundings lol... but i like to go here because it is never packed like other burgerkings I've seen.. so, fast food, fast service just how i like it..

Only stopped for a drink and use bathroom while waiting for an Uber. Bathroom locked and requires a code, store was dirty, they were out of ice and drinks on fountain in lobby, it was hot and humid, and not a very inviting place at all. Will not return for any reason.

The female employee was rude beyond measure when I requested ketchup packets. She pointed to the pump in the lobby, and I explained that it didn't work. She proceeded from behind the counter and attempted and proved me right. She then called upon the manager, who wasn't any better, and then handed me three ketchup packets. Ignorant idiots to say the least. I won't be returning to that location.

A group of us went during lunch and were served hot and fresh food. Pretty fast for the amount of people we had in our party. Clean lobby.. special thanks to the friendly and helpful cashier who took time to answer our questions about the menu.

Service was terrible. I waited way too long for my order. I had to ask the manager to check on my order because it was taking too long and the customer that came in after me got his order first. I saw anger on the manager's facial expression when I asked for my order. I could clearly see that the staff was confused with the orders. I'm glad they don't need my business b/c I'm never ever going back.

I asked for no tomato in all burgers they still put in all burgers but no big deal we’ll pull them out but 3 burgers had raw patties of course I called no one ever answers I couldn’t drive back I live to far this is probably the second time I come here both times messed up.

I ordered some food on Uber Eats, and the guy was fast, but the food ist was horrible. I ordered a spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken, and they didn't add the cheese I paid for. It was simple, no mayo, no nada.. just the patty and the bread. When I ask for everything on it.My chocolate shake that I ordered turned into a vanilla shake, and it was super hard and could even stick the straw on it. It was the worst good ever.My second order was the same one piece of bacon. Really, only one piece. Next time, I'll pay for extra bacon, but since this store is too sorry, I bet they will add a second piece of baconThis place is a joke, and they suck big time.. FO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
