Do not I repeat do not visit this location! Walked in the front door the kid at the counter just stared at us did not even engage to say welcome to Burger King good morning he just stayed there with a blank look. Couldn't hear or understand anything that he was saying he was so soft-spoken. Other person Manning the grill look like they hadn't showered in 4 or 5 days both of them have their hair all messy and uniform looked like it been worn for days.

I don't know if they are understaffed but whenever I order mobile or in person it takes forever. When I do a mobile order I still have to wait 10-15 mins when it's supposed to be ready when I get there.

Food is always accurate, fresh, and cheap. Best prices for fast food around if you use the app. App is also one of the few I like using. Highly recommend if you want cheap and easy food.
The person running the drive-thru went too quickly and made me feel like an inconvenience. Even though I told her what to take off 2x, she still put the order in incorrectly. (There was mayo on my son's burger, and he hates mayo. Even scraped off, he could still taste it, and we had to throw it away.) When I got to the window and she handed me the drinks, I told her I had asked for no ice on all of them. When I asked her to switch out the drinks for no ice, she looked so annoyed. If she had gone slower and listened when I was ordering, that wouldn't have happened. Anyway, I feel like BK's food quality has gone downhill over the last year. My own burger ended up in the trash, too.
Hi just to be aware most of the 1 star reviews are true very long wait times 30-1 hour of waiting for a single meal. i come here often since it’s in the area and i noticed they constantly undercook my royal chicken sandwich almost 50% of the time or have it raw yes raw…. and the fries are cold to be expected… not a surprise sometimes the drink machine is flat.. a lot of things need to be changed here.. also only 1-3 workers are on duty anyways.. (This is what happens when your staff team is literally half high schoolers that have no training)

I went this evening to Burger King. Have not had one in years. It did take a while but it was worth the wait. The fries were really hot. The service was terrific in terms of the staff. Service with a smile from both the person who takes the cash and especially the guy who was at the delivery window. Personality Plus.

This is the second time I've placed a mobile order and have had to wait 45min to an hour to receive my food. The burgers were cold and not cooked all the way.This time I left without getting my food at all and had to cancel my order. The store is so understaffed! I don't see them staying open much longer if they can't fix the problem asap.
