This location in Alamo heights has a great patio, and the location has great parking. The food was terrific. Tasty juicy burgers, the fries are hand cut and just right, crispy, not too large or small. Togo orders are great and they do a great job of giving you the right pickup time so it doesn't wait under a warmer!

I had not been here in a minute. I love that they have a small playground and my little one can have fun while I enjoyed my meal. The weather currently is cloudy and nice and windy but just perfect for an outdoor early dinner. I ordered the Burgerfi combo which is a double meat with cheese. And they have the awesome drink machine which has all kinds of flavors. And my little one had a kids meal a cheeseburger plain and dry and she actually finished it all. The portions are great for a great price. I am very pleased with their quality. The only thing I didn't like was the front cashier was not very friendly and she seem to he having a bad day. But I guess it's understandable if they are short staffed, maybe she is over worked. But overall the food and quality is excellent and the portion and size of the burger is great. We are are definitely coming back and bringing the rest of the family here.

I was excited to try this place, but I was underwhelmed. The burgers were fine, but not worth a revisit. The SWAG (Spicy Wagyu) burger wasn't as spicy or tasty as expected. My wife was very excited for the Ghost Pepper Honey on her Spicy Fi'ed Chicken Sandwich, but they were so chintzy with it neither of us could even taste it. We got the Urban Style Fries, which we liked because of all the toppings, but I think we would have hated the fries on their own. They were greasy and way overcooked. Also, all the different fry style choices aren't listed on the menu, so you have to know before you go, like In 'N Out burger, which I find annoying. None of the food was bad, but it certainly doesn't stand out either.

My go to for a quick lunch when I want a great hamburger. Always clean, always a short wait time, and the order ahead works great with accurate times for your order to be ready. A favorite of all my staff at work for a staff lunch too. Prices have remained reasonable compared to similar chains that have shot up in the last two years.

The food is so good and unique. I love the urban style fries. The portions are very filling. The atmosphere is very family friendly. There is an area for the kids to play and the adults to watch tv. The customer service is great, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion.

My first time going and I was impressed! Their food was spot on and had a varied menu. I didn't know what to expect and was very pleased with vegan and non vegan options. I ended up ordering a hybrid cheese burger with angus beef and vegan patty. Loved their trademark branded buns. It was sooooo good! Their fries alone are worth coming back.

Hi quality burger. I tried the veggie one trade ' the beyond meat' . Very good taste.Organic food. Home made onion rings.
That burger was amazing!! And yes, onion rings really are that huge. Staff super nice!!

Didn't care for the food. Onion rings were bland so were the chicken tenders. Fries mediocre at best and very expensive for the kids meal prices. Giving this a few starts because the restaurant was very clean , nice staff and they had an outdoor playscape that my kiddos absolutely enjoyed. There was chalk there so that was a bonus. This would be the only reason why I'd return because of the kiddo entertainment it provides and cleanliness

I had been so excited to try this burger place it was actually going to be the only highlight of my week because I started chemo and have been feeling very sick but finally can hold food down. Since I can no longer drive I decided to get food delivered for the first time. Today at 1:15 I gave my last $20 to this place and put my order. They let me know through a text my food would be here at 2:15. Im in an very emotional headspace right now but I told myself at least you will have a nice Saturday. Remind you this was going to be my first meal besides soup. I run myself a bubble bath, pick out a movie, make my bed and made sure to find some change around my house to tip the driver. I then get a text around 2:09 saying “what lot number”. I told myself maybe thats just how delivery drivers talk with it being a fast paced job & they have to drive while communicating. I text back all the instructions on how to get through this mobile home complex to my house & I wait outside. Ms.Anna G never showed. I tried calling the number she text me on but it rung once and went to voicemail. Ive tried calling burger fi over and over no answer. Some might feel like its no big deal but if you were sick depressed & poor spending so much in treatment and spent your last $20 to eat and got robbed it just might have sent you over as well. Now I have nothing to eat and no more money to fix that. I don’t know what type of scam this place is running but I am definitely going to let everyone know and I have the receipts to prove it including cameras outside just in case their super unprofessional delivery driver tries to lie and paint me as a lying customer. Oh, and when I click on the tracking my food says already delivered. Door dash (who i called several times) said they cant help me. 1 person said the status says its still being delivered and to wait even though I told them it says arrived exactly at the time they said it would 2:16. 2nd person said call burger fi for refund even though I told them they wont answer. 3rd person said maybe they got lost. Every customer service agent also tried calling Burger Fi themselves to no avail. I have all the proof of this scam as well. All I wanted was somewhat of a nice Saturday to take my mind off dying. I also have ocd and dont do well with things like this just the thought of what they did makes me want to cry all over again.
