The only thing I didn't like was that you have to order your food at the register, instead you sit down and someone take your order, but everything else was great ?Parking: GoodWheelchair accessibility: Great

Very very good tacos in the morning. The male owner is a bit grumpy but all his love must go into the food because it's some of the best in San Antonio! Best in medical center! Try it!

Weird smell since we walked in. Tacos were great but cold brew coffee was undrinkable.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated and it smelled amazing. I decided to order an asada taco, listed at $3.85 on the menu. A little steep, but I was already there. When the lady rang me up, it said $4.35 (ish-I don't remember the exact amount) before taxes. When I asked why it was more, she shrugged and said 'We changed the prices'. I canceled my order out of principle and left. If that's the case, the menus should be updated to reflect the new price.

Love that tortillas are fresh but don’t get anything else. French toast was soggy and fruit was old, not fresh by any means. Let’s say that plate sat there. I get the inflation but prices for two was like $30 for 2 tacos, French toast, and a latte. Could have saved my $$$ and went to Bill Millers for less.

The tacos are awesome. They have a large variety. I don't drink coffee but if the coffee is half as good as the Tacos it is worth stopping by.

I drove to Tacos Y Cafe Mexican Restaurant from the hospital my Mom was staying. I wanted something delicious and fast so I could quickly get back to my Mom. This place did not disappoint. I discovered at the hospital that I was given chorizo con huevo and migas tacos in place of the picadillo and bean and bacon tacos. There was no issue there since they turned out to be delicious. The tortillas were fluffy and fresh, and the food was tasty and hot. I also had the La Dama Cafe, which is coffee, milk, and caramel. The restaurant was clean and cozy. I do recommend!
