We tried a filled donut, filled croissant, pop tart, and some of the breakfast tacos. Everything was delicious and so fresh. We try a lot of vegan bakeries as we travel and this was in the top we've tried!

Best cinnamon sugar and glazed donuts I've ever had! Pop tart and sausage kolaches also fantastic. Worth a visit!!

Cake thieves has become an obsession since I found it! I have only tried a few pastries, all of which are amazing but my personal favorite is the chocolate cinnamon croissant.Honestly I look for any excuse to visit, even if just for a quick coffee before work.Jarren is also great! From day one she has been super friendly, quick, and patiently answers any questions about what they are selling that day.There’s nothing better than starting your day with friendly faces, yummy sweets, and a bit of caffeine :)10 out of 10 will come again ?

The upbeat yet not too loud music adds to the happy atmosphere.Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the sweetest and friendliest person, who took the time to explain the menu and share personal favorites. Opting for the pecan croissant, I was intrigued by the circular croissant trend circulating on Instagram. Although I took it to-go, I decided to enjoy the sunny Sunday outdoors with a book. The thoughtful barista noticed my intention to savor the croissant and promptly brought out a knife and fork.The pecan croissant surpassed expectations with its crispy exterior and soft interior. The delightful pecan filling, not overly sweet, and the sweeter pecan icing made it a tasty vegan treat. It was a perfect accompaniment to a relaxing afternoon of reading and enjoying a cup of coffee.Overall, Cake Thieves Bakery has won my heart, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning for more delectable treats.

I’m fully obsessed with this place. I love coming in for a sweet and a coffee, the vegan breakfast tacos are solid, and every time I pick up an assortment for an event people go crazy for it. They always have something new to try. The owners are always around and the other staff are friendly and sweet.
